• Cancellations outside of 14 days will incur a fee of 1 nights tariff.
• Cancellations inside of 13 days of scheduled arrival date will result in full balance owing and forfeiture of all monies paid.
• All refunds will be processed to the same payment method the monies were paid
• Corporate, Custom and Group bookings please refer to specified and agreed cancellation policy at time of direct booking reservation.

By confirming your booking you understand and accept that additional fees and charges will be applicable for all damage incurred, excess cleaning if required or incorrectly booked occupants.

Forms of Payment: Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard or EFTPOS.

Group Bookings: Additional terms and conditions may apply to group bookings.

Minimum Booking Periods: Minimum booking periods may apply over school holidays, weekends, long weekends and selected special events.

• A fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required after departure.
• A fee may be charged for additional occupants not included in reservation.
• A fee may be charged for any damage incurred or theft of property.

Four legged family members are regular visitors to the outback - and valued guests at Stuart Range Outback Resort throughout the year.

Pets are welcome on our sites only with park pet rules to be followed at all times.

• Dogs are welcome on all sites but cannot stay in cabin accommodation.
• Motel rooms/apartments are not pet friendly. Stuart Range reserves the right to refuse entry, request to leave and charge additional fees where applicable if guests have pets in the motel rooms/apartments.
• The usual courtesies apply- so please keep dogs on leads and under control, as well as away from food and public areas.
• Be nice to your neighbours and pick up after your dog.

Other than that, please always check with us before arrival and know that we do reserve the right to refuse a dog that may cause us any concerns.

• Children Infants under 2 years of age are free of charge; however, there may be a charge for the use of a cot if required. Child rates apply to ages 2-15 years. SROR reserves the right to request proof of age.
• All children riding bicycles or scooters are required to wear helmets for their own safety and do so at their own risk.
• Damages / Loss: All registered guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, keys, fixtures, and fittings in the accommodation. Fair wear and tear excluded.
• Linen: The tariffs quoted include linen for each bed booked and paid for.
• Maximum numbers per unit: The number of people accommodated in each unit must not exceed the number of beds available.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
