Most of our gravel sites are drive through. Unfortunately there is no hook up to water to help conserve this precious resource. We do however have a water dispenser that you can top up your tanks for a small fee and all the water in the park is suitable for drinking. There is also a nominal fee for showers in the Amenities Block which is 20 cents per 2 minutes (you can put in multiple coins), which assist in the conservation of water. There are also a limited number of undercover shade sail sites, which are on a first come, first choice basis. During the high season (winter months) the park is very busy and during peak times, we will have staff on hand in the park to assist with parking on sites. During this this time we do not allow awnings to be put out in order to accommodate everyone.
Before 10am on day of departure
Arrival Time: accommodation will be available for occupation as soon as practicable after 2pm. For any late check in’s after 10pm -8am the day after, please phone and organise this prior to arrival.
Changes and Cancellation
Customers who book a break on BIG4.com.au will be covered by the BIG4 COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy and the BIG4 Brand Promise, see the 'what you need to know' section, below, for more details.

Deposits and Payments
A deposit of the first night’s tariff is required to secure the reservation. For bookings made in peak times for more than one night full payment may be required prior to arrival. Final Payment Balance of monies is due and payable on arrival, including full payment for any additional persons or nights. Forms of Payment Payment is accepted by cash, Visa, MasterCard or EFTPOS. Personal cheques will be accepted only if received 10 days prior to arrival. Group Bookings Additional terms and conditions may apply to group bookings. Minimum Booking Periods Minimum booking periods may apply over school holidays, weekends, long weekends and selected special events.
A fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required after departure
What you need to know
COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy: Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay: • You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19 • You are forced into self-isolation • You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test or • A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid direct to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly. To utilise this policy a guest must: • Have made their booking on BIG4.com.au, and • Where requested, provide proof to the park where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above. Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancelation Policy will need to comply with parks usual terms and conditions: Cancellations less than 24hrs prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit for peak periods in the Caravan Park and apartments. Reservations cancelled, or altered at the commencement of or during occupation do not qualify for any refund and the monies paid will be forfeited by the guest. Non-arrivals or guests who fail to notify of cancellations will forfeit the monies paid. Refunds for unforeseen circumstances are at managers discretion.
Children Infants under 2 years of age are free of charge; however there may be a charge for the use of a cot if required. Child rates apply to ages 2-15 years. SROR reserves the right to request proof of age.
All children riding bicycles or scooters are required to wear helmets for their own safety, and do so at their own risk.
Damages / Loss All registered guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, keys, fixtures and fittings in the accommodation. Fair wear and tear excluded.
Linen The tariffs quoted include linen for each bed booked and paid for.
Maximum Numbers per Unit The number of people accommodated in each unit must not exceed the number of beds available.
