BIG4 Holiday Parks In Victoria

Booking restrictions for Regional Victorian Parks are limited to:

• Members of the public who have the same principal place of residence; OR
• Members of the public who are in an intimate personal relationship; OR
• Members of the public who have the same principal place of residence and no more than 5 other members of the public who have the same principal place of residence and are part of a nominated 'household bubble', AND
• Only members of the public whose principal place of residence is outside the Restricted Area (Metropolitan Melbourne)
• Members of separately booked groups do not share bedrooms at the facility

As of the 14th October 2020. BIG4 Parks in regional Victoria can no longer accept bookings for arrivals until after the 9th of November from guests living within Melbourne Metro. More information here (clause 16.B)

Facilities that can open*

  • Outdoor communal facilities 
  • Outdoor playgrounds, tennis courts, jumping pillows 
  • Customers can share communal bathrooms 
  • One person per four square metres) in indoor communal facilities, such as lounges, kitchens, meeting rooms, camp kitchens 
  • Indoor pools can open for guests under 18 years old, subject to 1 person per four square metre rule
  • All guests must wear face masks (not within cabins) 

Other Restrictions for the current Stage:

  • Indoor Gyms, Indoor Play areas to remain closed
  • Indoor Games Rooms to remain closed

Some BIG4 parks in Victoria will be open for essential travel only.

We appreciate that this is frustrating news for those who had planned or were planning a break. If your booking has been impacted due to these new restrictions, please contact the park directly. We appreciate your support in what we know is a hard time for everyone. 

Melbourne Metro parks are only accepting Essential Travellers in specific accommodation types and some of their facilities may be closed in accordance with regulations.
