BIG4 Wangaratta North Cedars Holiday Park

• All cancellations incur a $20 administration fee.
• To cancel or change your booking this must be done in writing by email.
• Changes and cancellations during long weekends, school holidays, Christmas, special events, and any booking with a minimum night's stay must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival.
• If a cancellation is within 30 days of arrival the deposit is forfeited.
• Cancellations at other times can be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
• If a cancellation is within 48 hours of arrival the deposit is forfeited.

• A deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking - The balance is due at check-in.
• Long weekends, school holidays, Christmas, special events, and any booking with a minimum night's stay must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival - The Park will charge your credit card and send a confirmation to the email address supplied.

To ensure that all Visitors enjoy their visit to our Park, please adhere to the following Rules

• When you arrive at our Park for your stay, you will be asked to sign an Agreement which outlines the Rules relating to your stay at our park with your pet.
• Dogs are permitted on Caravan Sites ONLY and are not permitted in any Ensuite or Cabin Accommodation at all – with the exception of Guide Dogs (which must be arranged with Management prior to arrival).
• Dogs are not permitted in any Common areas of the Park including, Reception, Pool Area, Camp Kitchen, Laundry, Amenities or Playground.
• Dogs must be leashed at all times whilst not in your van or tent. Without exception. A leash may be no longer than 2 metres in length. You must not set up any “dog run”.
• Your dog must be supervised at all times and never left unattended inside or outside your van/annex or tent.
• Dog owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their dog’s or pets waste in a plastic bag into the General Rubbish Bins about the Park. (Dog bags are available for purchase in the Reception)
• For Health and Safety reasons dogs must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the Park.
• Dog/pet related bedding etc must not be washed or cleaned within the park or with the Park’s Laundry facilities.
• Dog owners are personally responsible and will be held to be so, for any and every Personal Injury and /or Property Damage and/or Loss, in relation to any action by or because of their dog.
• Noisy, Barking or Aggressive Behavior will not be tolerated at any time and will lead to an instant request to depart the Park, without refund of site fees.

Electric Vehicle Charging - EV Charging:

• CFA Guidelines prohibit charging of electric vehicles within our park.
• Ask our staff about charging locations around town.
• DO NOT CHARGE FROM ANY CABIN OR SITE.

Reception hours are 8am to 5pm:

• Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements.
• Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or who arrive after reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night.
• Special requests are on a request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation.
• A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check-in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card.
• Some periods have a minimum night stay, please check these for long weekends, etc.
• Adult rates apply to persons above 15 years. Children rates apply to guests aged 2 to 15 years. There is no charge under 2 years.
• With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted in any Cabin, Ensuite, or common areas of the park including, reception, pool area, camp kitchen, amenities block, and playground.
• Check-in time is from 2pm.
• Check-out time is 10am.
• Late check-outs can be arranged at an extra charge where available.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:

• Not be the person named on the booking request.
• Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card.
• Not be able to pay for any charges.
• May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests.
• May exhibit socially unacceptable behavior.
• Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age.
• Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.

We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given, and charges will apply for any damage caused.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
