BIG4 Tiny Away Stay – Seymour Riverside

When making a direct reservation with a BIG4 Tiny Away Stay – Seymour Riverside, you acknowledge and agree that all reservations and deposits are accepted by park owners subject to the following cancellation policy guidelines.

BIG4 Tiny Away Stay – Seymour Riverside Cancellation Policy is:

Deposits will only be refunded if the park owner is notified of your cancellation 28 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If notice of your cancellation is received within 28 days of arrival day the park owner may retain the deposit paid.

Early Departures:

There are no refunds for early departures.

Failure to Notify of Cancellation:

If you do not notify the park owner of your cancellation or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, your reservation may be cancelled by the park owner without refund of any paid deposit.

Group Bookings and Special Offers:

Please note the above conditions do not apply to group reservations or reservations that are made pursuant to a ‘Special Offer'. Please check for terms and conditions with regard to group reservations or special offers.

• A deposit to the value of one night of your accommodation is payable at time of booking.
• This is not refundable if you cancel within 28 days of your booking.
• Payment of a deposit is agreeing to our terms and conditions including out pet friendly guidelines.

We understand that not all family members are human and so we're proud to be a pet-friendly holiday park all year round if you are staying on a site. Pets are not allowed in cabins or with cabin bookings.

Terms and Conditions:
• Dogs are permitted all year round on sites (including peak seasons).
• Dogs are allowed in pet friendly cabins only!
• Registered blind and assistance dogs are allowed in the park at any time.
• Just like children, your dog(s) must not be left unattended in any area of the park. This includes being left inside tents, campers, caravans or motorhomes on their own.
• As the owner of your pet, you acknowledge that you are personally responsible for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage in relation to any actions caused by your pet.
• Your pets are not permitted in the camp kitchen and amenities.
• You must pick up and dispose of your pet's waste in a bag and place in bins provided throughout the park.

Breaking of these Terms and Conditions may result in your visit with us to be terminated and you will be asked to leave and no refund on fees. Damage costs may be incurred.

• Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at their discretion.
• All cancellations must be in writing direct.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
