Cancellation terms vary by season. In general, premium and high-season bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival may incur a cancellation fee equal to the total booking value, while mid and low-season cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival may incur a fee equal to the first night's stay. Administration fees may also apply where a refund is issued. Guests should review the full booking terms when making a reservation.
