Snowlink Jindabyne runs the Snowies Alpine Walk shuttle in Kosciuszko National Park, taking walkers from Jindabyne and Bullocks Flat to the Guthega, Charlotte Pass and Perisher trailheads, plus private transfers from Canberra Airport all year.
Owned by Lars and Leanne, this local, family-run transfer company is based in Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains.
The Snowies Alpine Walk shuttle operates from October to April. With no public transport to the trailheads and limited parking, the shuttle helps walkers plan one-way journeys. Walkers completing the full four-day walk can park at Bullocks Flat, where the walk ends, and take the morning shuttle to the Guthega Village trailhead. Pick-ups are also available from the National Park Visitor Centre in Jindabyne. Section and day-walk shuttles are available, with online booking and payment for groups of four or more. Smaller groups can request a seat.
Hikers can arrange same-day return transfers to Charlotte Pass for the Mount Kosciuszko summit and Main Range walks. Mountain bike shuttles feature a six-bike rack.
Private transfers operate all year between Canberra Airport or Canberra city and Jindabyne, Thredbo, Perisher and Charlotte Pass. Park and Ride and local transfers are also available. Private groups of up to ten can travel with child seats and a luggage pod included free of charge.
