BIG4 Holiday Parks is a marketing and membership-based co-operative, and each park is individually owned and operated. You can contact the BIG4 National Support Office (BIG4 NSO) to purchase or renew BIG4 memberships, change contact details for your BIG4 membership and purchase BIG4 Gift Cards.
We have compiled the following Frequently Asked Questions to help answer any further queries you may have.

Bookings, cancellations, credits and refunds

Q. Can I make a booking for a BIG4 Park by calling the BIG4 National Support Office?

No,  the BIG4 NSO is not a call centre or a central reservations office, bookings for BIG4 parks or Affiliate parks will need to be made via BIG4.com.au or directly with the park.

Q. I’m not sure which park I want to go to, can I ring the BIG4 National Support Office and get them to tell me which parks have availability for the dates I want to travel?

No, the BIG4 NSO does not have access to parks reservation systems and cannot provide park availability. All availability can be found on BIG4.com.au

Q. I can’t find availability for a BIG4 park on the website, can I call the BIG4 National Support Office and have them check availability for me?

No, you can search for availability for all BIG4 parks and Affiliates via BIG4.com.au or by contacting the park directly. The BIG4 NSO does not have access to parks reservation systems and cannot provide park availability.

Q. Can I search availability via a region or state on BIG4.com.au?

Yes, simply type the region’s name (e.g. North Coast NSW) or state into the search box, select your dates, the number of people travelling and the parks with availability will display. 

Q. Can I call the BIG4 National Support Office to change, cancel, amend my booking?

No, all bookings made via BIG4.com.au or directly with a BIG4 park or Affiliate park will need to be changed with the park that you’ve made the booking with. The BIG4 NSO are unable to change your booking for you.

Q. Can I call the BIG4 National Support Office to get a refund/credit for my booking?

No, all cancellations, refunds and credits are processed by the park your booking was been made with, this includes all bookings made via BIG4.com.au. The BIG4 NSO does not hold any funds exchanged between a park and a consumer.

Q. I’ve cancelled a booking but haven’t received a refund, can I call the BIG4 National Support Office to find out when I’m getting the refund?

No, all cancellations, refunds and credits are processed by the park your booking was been made with, this includes all bookings made via BIG4.com.au. The BIG4 NSO does not hold any funds exchanged between a park and a consumer. 

Q. Can I transfer a booking credit from one park on BIG4.com.au to another? 

No, as each of the parks on BIG4.com.au are individually owned and operated, credits for stays can only be issued by parks for their own park. These cannot be transferred to another park on BIG4.com.au.

Q. I’m trying to call a BIG4 park, but they aren’t answering, should I call the BIG4 National Support Office?

No, as all parks on BIG4.com.au are independently owned and operated, you will need to contact the park directly with your query.

You can renew your membership via the ‘My Account’ section on the BIG4.com.au website.

Q. How do I change my address/email/phone number attached to my BIG4 account?

You can update your details via the ‘My Account’ section on the BIG4.com.au website.

Q. I’ve forgotten my membership number, how can I find out what it is?

You can find your membership details via the ‘My Account’ section on the BIG4.com.au website.

Q. I’ve forgotten when my membership expires, how can I find out the expiry date?

You can find your membership details via the ‘My Account’ section on the BIG4.com.au website.

Q. I can’t remember my password for my online account, how can I reset it?

You can find reset your password by clicking on the ‘Forgot Password link via the ‘My Account’ section on the BIG4.com.au website.

Q. I renewed my membership but haven’t received a new membership card yet, how do I found out when it’s coming?

BIG4 membership cards can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive, if you are concerned about your card, please contact us.

Q. Can I give my BIG4 membership to other family members to use? 

No, a BIG4 Membership is personal to the BIG4 Member and is not transferable, assignable or refundable. However, for only $50 for two years it is a great gift idea!

Q. I had an unpleasant experience at a BIG4 or Affiliate park, how do I let the BIG4 National Support Office know?

All feedback regarding parks on BIG4.com.au must be submitted in writing. BIG4 Holiday Parks are independently owned and operated. BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd does not own or operate any Holiday Parks. BIG4 Holiday Parks has a complaint handling process that ensures all complaints are reviewed by both the BIG4 National Support Office and the individual Park named in the complaint. Q. I have a BIG4 Gift Voucher, but it is about to expire, can I get an extension?

A. Please send your request in writing including all voucher details and your name and contact details, via the contact us page.

Q. I ordered an electronic BIG4 Gift Voucher, but it hasn’t arrived yet, how do I find out where it is?

A. Check your junk inbox as your voucher may have ended up there, if not, please contact the BIG4 NSO via the contact us page.

Q. What is the difference between a Premier, Holiday, Classic park on BIG4.com.au?

We’ve developed three distinct park types to help you determine which park best suits your holiday needs. All BIG4 parks are now labelled as either Classic, Holiday, or Premier parks on BIG4.com.au, giving you a clearer understanding of the type of BIG4 park you can expect. Whatever park type you choose, you can be assured of quality accommodation and facilities, cleanliness, and excellence in customer service, which are all hallmarks of the BIG4 brand. Q. What is an Affiliate park on BIG4.com.au?

To provide even more choice, a collection of hand-picked parks in key locations across Australia have become Affiliates, bookable on BIG4.com.au. While not BIG4 Holiday Parks, Affiliate parks have been assessed by the BIG4 team and will provide you with a quality stay.
