One night deposit is required to confirm your booking. School Holidays, Easter, Long Weekends and Special Events we require full payment 30 days prior to arrival.
COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy: Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay: • You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19 • You are forced into self-isolation • You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test or • A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid direct to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly. To utilise this policy a guest must: • Have made their booking on BIG4.com.au, and • Where requested, provide proof to the park where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above. Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancelation Policy will need to comply with parks usual terms and conditions: Changes and Cancellations – Changes and cancellations for stays must be made more than 30 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is within 30 days of arrival in PEAK times (school holidays and long weekends) a one night's accommodation is forfeited. In NON-PEAK times, a full refund is given with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. No refunds for early departures. Deposits and Payments - When booking online the whole amount is taken through a secure Payment gateway and an email with your confirmation will be sent. When booking directly through the Park a one night’s deposit is taken and balance due on arrival. Full payment is required 30 days prior to School Holidays, Easter and Long Weekends. Reception - Reception hours are 8.30 am to 6.30 pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the park for confirmation. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Minimum stays may apply. Adult’s rates apply to persons above 15 years. Children rates apply to guests aged 2 to 15 years. There is no charge under 2 years. Prices may be subject to change without notice. Dogs - With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted unless prior approval has been given by management. Check In/Out - Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge where available. Check in time is from 2.00pm. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: Not be the person named on the booking request Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorized to use the card Not be able to pay for any charges May cause damage to the property of the park or other guests May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age Be concealing a dog or other unauthorized animal We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
