We are looking for an estimate of the size of your Caravan, Motorhome, Camper Trailer, Tent etc. once it has been set up or fully extended (outside to outside)... excluding your vehicle.

Widths are generally around 4 – 5 metres (13.12 – 16.4 feet).

Please be advised that Site sizes vary from park to park and within each park. Sites will be allocated based on the measurements provided during the booking process and it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure estimates are as close to accurate as possible.

You need to know
Deposits & Payments • A one night deposit is required upon making your booking. For bookings during peak periods, payment in full is required one month (30 days) out from arrival date. • Online bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking • All bookings for Package Deals must be paid in full. • All balances owing upon arrival are to be paid IN FULL upon arrival Check In/Out Procedures • CHECK IN time is from 2pm • CHECK OUT time no later than 10am • LATE CHECKOUTS may be arranged with prior consent from the office. A $20 fee applies to checkouts longer than ½ an hour. • After 5.30pm arrivals, please contact Guest Services on 1800 033 188 for details on checking in. • All guests staying in cabins must sign a registration form upon arrival. Park Policies • CABINS are to be left clean and tidy with dishes and cookware cleaned and put away, all rubbish and fridge items to be removed. BIG4 Bright reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee up to $50 for cabins left in an inappropriate manner, to be deemed inappropriate at BIG4 Brights discretion • All Cabins are strictly NON SMOKING. In consideration of the health and comfort of incoming guests, any failure to comply with this policy will incur an additional fee of $200 for cleaning purposes. This fee can also be applied at BIG4 Brights discretion in the case of strong permeable odours that require carpet, lounges and/or curtains to be cleaned, such as intense curry/cooking odours. • BIG4 Bright reserves the right to change site and cabin allocation when necessary. • Dogs are permitted on sites during certain periods and at manager's discretion. It will not be possible to book with a dog on BIG4.com.au. Please contact our Park directly. • No CAMPFIRES allowed in park. This is non-negotiable. • A LINEN CHANGE will be provided for stays longer than seven days, this service is included in the Tariff. • EXTRA LINEN or toweling can be provided at any time at a charge of $2 PER ITEM. • In an EMERGENCY – Police/Fire/Ambulance – DIAL 000. In case of emergency, please assemble on the lawn in front of the amenities block and await instructions from Emergency Services or Park management • For AFTER HOURS assistance, please dial 03 5755 1064 Cancellation Policies • BIG4 Bright reserves the right to charge a $50 CANCELLATION FEE for all cancellations. • For cancellations within ONE MONTH (30 days)of the arrival date, BIG4 Bright reserves the right to EITHER forfeit your deposit OR hold your deposit as credit against a future booking made within one year (12 months) of original arrival date, then forfeit deposit if not claimed within said time period • For cancellations within one month of peak periods, BIG4 Bright reserves the right to forfeit entire stay charges • For no shows, BIG4 Bright reserves the right to charge entire stay charges. • By booking with BIG4 Bright and confirming your booking with a deposit, you agree to these cancellation terms and conditions to be applied at BIG4 Bright's discretion
