Booking Terms & Conditions

    After 2pm

    Before 10am on day of departure

  • Reception hours

    8am-6pm EST, seven days a week

  • Deposit & Payments

    A deposit equivalent to the first nights accommodation is required at the time of booking.

  • Changes & Cancellations

    In the event of a cancellation during standard periods, refunds will only be given if notice is given at least seven days before arrival. During mid and high season, if a cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the stay, deposits will be forfeited. A fee of $20 will be applied to all cancellations. No refunds will be given for early departures.

  • You need to know

    Australian Standards state that children under nine years old should not sleep in top bunks. Please take this into consideration when making your booking.
