Changes and Cancellation

Customers who book a break on BIG4.com.au will be able to change their booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival. On request, customers will be offered the option to amend their booking or receive a credit to use at that Park for up to 12 months. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid. This policy applies to bookings made between 19 March 2020 and 30 June 2020, for arrival prior to 31 July 2020. Please contact the park for further details.


Deposits and Payments

A deposit equivalent to the first nights accommodation is required at the time of booking.


What you need to know

Refer to the below for changes and cancellations policy for bookings after 31st July, 2020. Changes and Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation during standard periods, refunds will only be given if notice is given at least seven days before arrival. During mid and high season, if a cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the stay, deposits will be forfeited. A fee of $20 will be applied to all cancellations. No refunds will be given for early departures. Australian Standards state that children under nine years old should not sleep in top bunks. Please take this into consideration when making your booking.
