Your host, Arthur O'Bryan has worked in the region's wine industry for over twenty-five years and has access to local winemakers and private cellars where you join in tastings and discover the best flavours of this stunning region.
Tour highlights include a fresh organic punnet of flavour-filled strawberries to calibrate your palate for the Pinot Noirs ahead.
A morning feast of premium sparkling wine and local delicacies including cheeses and olives enjoyed in a private location overlooking Western Port Bay- the vineyard's air conditioning unit.
