Check-in is from 2pm through to 5pm. Arrival after this time is available by contacting reception during office hours.
Check out
Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge where available.
Reception hours
Reception hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or who arrive after reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation.

LOW SEASON - Should you need to cancel during the low season, your deposit less a $20 administration fee will only be refunded if we are notified prior to 9am on the day prior to your scheduled arrival date.
If notice of your cancellation is received after 9am on the day prior to your scheduled arrival date, your deposit is not refundable.
SHOULDER & HIGH SEASON - Should you need to cancel during the shoulder or high season, your deposit less a $20 administration fee will only be refunded if we are notified at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
If notice of your cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your deposit is not refundable.

There is one Garden Cottage that is wheelchair accessible with ramps available to enter and an open wheel-in shower, but we don’t advertise that we have fully accessible accommodation as the location of the toilet means that we cannot install an assistance bar. If you have any questions, please give our team a call on 03 5155 1343.
While we do have free Wi-Fi for guests in the park, it is limited. The speed is good for checking social media and emails, but not suitable for streaming services like Netflix. There is a good Wi-Fi signal around the reception building but we cannot guarantee Wi-Fi in accommodation.
Yes we do, in fact we have three swimming pools! The pool hours are from 9am - 9:30pm. Please note that no glass, running, bombing or diving is permitted and children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
We have a playground for children who are 12 years old and under. For safety, the playground is to be used during daylight hours only and children must be supervised at all times.
The Games Room is open from 8:30am-9:30pm.
You can, but first need to book in at reception. Hours at 8:30am-dusk and equipment hire is $5.
Yes, we have a self-serve coin-operated laundry open from 8:30am-9:30pm. Only our Garden Cottages have their own laundry facilities.
No you don't! All linen is included; the beds are made and bath towels provided. Please bring your own pool/beach towels.
Noise from any source must be kept at a minimum at all times, particularly before 8am and after 10pm.
