Estimating your equipment size
We are looking for an estimate of the size of your Caravan, Motorhome, Camper Trailer, Tent etc. once it has been set up or fully extended (outside to outside)... excluding your vehicle.

Please include your tow/draw bar in the estimate.
Widths are generally around 4 – 5 metres (13.12 – 16.4 feet).

Please be advised that Site sizes vary from park to park and within each park. Sites will be allocated based on the measurements provided during the booking process and it is the responsibility of the guest to ensure estimates are as close to accurate as possible.

A medium size grass site suitable for caravans or tents up to 18ft in length. Sullage and water to each site.
After 2pm for units/cabins, and after 12pm for sites.
Before 10am on day of departure.
Deposit & Payments
A deposit equal to the first night will be required for phone bookings at the time of making the booking. A credit card deposit equivalent to the full cost of the booking will be required at the time of booking online. For peak season and special events, a full payment is required at time of booking. Final payments for peak weekends must be paid by the advised due date or booking will be cancelled. Cancellation policy will apply to all bookings.
Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations - please contact the park directly for cancellations. Fees and strict cancellation policies apply. Bookings cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the first night of accommodation in full. Any other bookings will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Amendments and cancellations must be made directly with the park. No-shows will incur a loss of deposit. No refunds or changes accepted over peak times. In peak times a minimum 30 days notice of cancellation must be given, no refund will be given if less than 30 days notice. There is no refund for Christmas holiday peak period bookings after the 1 December.
Extra adults are $20-$22 per night. Extra children $15-$16 per night. Day visitors visiting a guest staying in the park will incur a fee from $15 per person (all adults and children). Day visitors must report to reception and will not have access to the facilities without payment of the day use fee. Child Policy: infant - 0-1 years inclusive (free of charge), child - 2-15 years (extra child rate applies), adult – 16 years and above.
You need to know
- Strictly one car per cabin/site. Additional vehicles will not be permitted access at any time.
- Facilities may have to be closed without notice due to unforseen circumstances and maintenance issues.
