Overview

Catering for your basic needs, Ensuite Cabins offer the essentials with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and dining facilities as well as a kitchen with basic cooking facilities. The open plan living/dining area allows for relaxed family living, television and reverse cycle air conditioner. The kitchen provides the essentials with a stove top and microwave oven with all your cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils supplied. The main bedroom has a double bed, whilst the second bedroom has 4 x single bunk beds. The main bed only is made up with bedding supplied, so you do need to bring sheets, a doona or blankets and towels for the 2nd bedroom.

Changes and Cancellation

Customers who book a break on BIG4.com.au will be able to change their booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival. On request, customers will be offered the option to amend their booking or receive a credit to use at that Park for up to 12 months. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid. This policy applies to bookings made between 19 March 2020 and 30 June 2020, for arrival prior to 31 July 2020. Please contact the park for further details.


Pets

This accommodation is not pet friendly.


Deposits and Payments

A deposit equal to the first night will be required for phone bookings at the time of making the booking. A credit card deposit equivalent to the full cost of the booking will be required at the time of booking online. For peak season and special events, a full payment is required at time of booking. Final payments for peak weekends must be paid by the advised due date or booking will be cancelled. Cancellation policy will apply to all bookings.


Fees

Extra adults are $20-$22 per night. Extra children $15-$16 per night. Day visitors visiting a guest staying in the park will incur a fee from $15 per person (all adults and children). Day visitors must report to reception and will not have access to the facilities without payment of the day use fee. Child Policy: infant - 0-1 years inclusive (free of charge), child - 2-15 years (extra child rate applies), adult – 16 years and above.


What you need to know

Refer to the below for changes and cancellations policy for bookings after 31st July, 2020. Cancellations - please contact the park directly for cancellations. Fees and strict cancellation policies apply. Bookings cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the first night of accommodation in full. Any other bookings will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Amendments and cancellations must be made directly with the park. No-shows will incur a loss of deposit. No refunds or changes accepted over peak times. In peak times a minimum 30 days notice of cancellation must be given, no refund will be given if less than 30 days notice. There is no refund for Christmas holiday peak period bookings after the 1 December.   Strictly one car per cabin/site. Additional vehicles will not be permitted access at any time. Facilities may have to be closed without notice due to unforseen circumstances and maintenance issues. Infants are included in the number of people allowed. In-Park Perks Terms and Conditions - Early Check in from 12 noon subject to availability, Late Checkout to 12 noon subject to availability, Newspaper must be ordered day before for free delivery, newspaper not available same day.
