1 nights accommodation is required when booking accommodation online or by phone
Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations can be made up to 14 days in advance and a $25 cancellation fee will apply. Refunds are not given for change of mind or early departure during booked period.
No Pets allowed in Cabins

Deposits and Payments - A credit card deposit equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation is required at the time of booking. The balance is due on check in.
Changes and Cancellations – Changes and cancellations for stays can be made up to 14 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is within 14 days of arrival the deposit is forfeited. All cancellations will be charged $25.00 administration fee.
Reception hours: Mon-Fri - 8.30am to 6pm Sat/Sun- 9.00am-6.00pm
ALL Cabins are NON-SMOKING Cabins.
If you are arriving outside these times you must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit the 1st night. A credit card must be produced when checking in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. A minimum stay during times of high occupancy, Easter, weekends, school and public holidays may apply. Adult’s rates apply to persons above 15 years. Children rates apply to guests aged 2 to 15 years. There is no charge under 2 years. With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted.
Check in time is from 2pm
Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged an extra charge may apply.
Free WIFI is offered on check in but it may drop in and out at times which is beyond our control.
