Reception Hours

Office Hours: 8:30am-6pm weekdays and 9am-5pm weekends. These hours are extended during peak periods. As a courtesy please make arrangements for out-of-hours arrivals and departures with office staff prior to your stay.


Changes and Cancellation

Customers who book a break on BIG4.com.au will be able to change their booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival. On request, customers will be offered the option to amend their booking or receive a credit to use at that Park for up to 12 months. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid. This policy applies to bookings made between 19 March 2020 and 30 June 2020, for arrival prior to 31 July 2020. Please contact the park for further details.


Pets

Dogs: As part of the new Holiday Park Policy we now allow well-behaved dogs all year round, including all peak periods, however they are not to be taken into any cabins or other park buildings with the exception of registered Guide Dogs.


Deposits and Payments

A deposit or payment in full by credit card is required at the time of booking. The park will process this against your credit card and send a confirmation email. If you have made arrangements to direct deposit your payment(s), please provide your reservation number and name as a reference: BSB: 087-728 ACCT: 732349902. Peak period payments require full payment prior to arrival: Christmas by 1 November and Easter by 1 February. These can be paid in instalments via arrangements with reception.


Fees

Site Extras: $15 per adult, $10 per child (3-14 years old) per night. Cabin Extras: $22 per person per night. Bonds: A bond payment may be requested at time of booking or check-in. This will be refunded within five days based on satisfactory inspection of the accommodation/satisfactory behaviour of the client(s)/group. Damage/Undue Cleaning: Any damage or extra cleaning as a result of your stay will result in extra charges being applied to your account and processed on your credit card.

We offer flexible check-in and check-out options for Spirit of Tasmania travellers.  Please advise us of your ETA and we will ensure you are able to arrive and depart at a time to suit. Refer to the below for changes and cancellations policy for bookings after 31st July, 2020.  Administration Fee for Cancellations: Here at BIG4 Ulverstone Holiday Park, we endeavour to do all we can to make your stay with us enjoyable. We understand that at times you may need to change or cancel your travel plans so the following cancellation conditions apply: Off Peak: Outside of 28 days - *Refund of payment less a $25 administration fee. Off Peak: Within 28 days - *Full payment will be forfeited. Peak: Outside of 28 days - *Refund of payment less a $50 administration fee. Peak Period and Special Events: Within 28 days - *Full payment will be forfeited. Bookings will only be accepted if the minimum number of nights have been booked as per our park policy both for peak, shoulder and off-peak bookings.
