Dogs: As part of the new Holiday Park Policy we now allow well-behaved dogs all year round, including all peak periods, however they are not to be taken into any cabins or other park buildings with the exception of registered Guide Dogs.
A deposit or payment in full by credit card is required at the time of booking. The park will process this against your credit card and send a confirmation email. If you have made arrangements to direct deposit your payment(s), please provide your reservation number and name as a reference: BSB: 087-728 ACCT: 732349902. Peak period payments require full payment prior to arrival: Christmas by 1 November and Easter by 1 February. These can be paid in instalments via arrangements with reception.
Site Extras: $15 per adult, $10 per child (3-14 years old) per night. Cabin Extras: $22 per person per night. Bonds: A bond payment may be requested at time of booking or check-in. This will be refunded within five days based on satisfactory inspection of the accommodation/satisfactory behaviour of the client(s)/group. Damage/Undue Cleaning: Any damage or extra cleaning as a result of your stay will result in extra charges being applied to your account and processed on your credit card.
COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy:
Notwithstanding any applicable rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months, if, at the time of stay, any of the following criteria applies or is reasonably expected to apply:

Awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test will not automatically give rise to a right of cancellation under the COVID-19 Flexible Booking Policy. If, within 72 hours prior to arrival, you have any COVID-19 symptoms and/or you are required to obtain a COVID-19 test, please contact the park directly to discuss your options, including the potential to defer the date of arrival and/or shorten your length of stay.
To utilise this policy a guest must have made their booking on big4.com.au. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid directly to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly.
Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancellation Policy will need to comply with the park's usual terms and conditions.
Administration Fee for Cancellations (outside COVID restrictions): Here at BIG4 Ulverstone Holiday Park, we endeavour to do all we can to make your stay with us enjoyable. We understand that at times you may need to change or cancel your travel plans so the following cancellation condition applies: Within 28 days of arrival the full payment will be forfeited. Outside 28 days or more prior to arrival a $50 administration fee will apply.
Bookings will only be accepted if the minimum number of nights have been booked as per our park policy both for peak, shoulder and off-peak bookings. Please contact reception for clarification on 03 6425 2624 or info@big4ulverstone.com.au.
