No pets are allowed. Medically required guide dogs are permitted.
One nights deposit will be taken at time of booking. Balance of stay will be required at check-in. Special offers may require full payment to be taken at time of booking. Reservations during Peak season (December 20, 2021 - January 27, 2022) full payment is required by October 20th, 2021.Full payment for any Long weekend reservations is due 30 days prior to arrival.
COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy: Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay: • You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19 • You are forced into self-isolation • You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test or • A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid direct to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly. To utilise this policy a guest must: • Have made their booking on BIG4.com.au, and • Where requested, provide proof to the park where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above. Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancelation Policy will need to comply with parks usual terms and conditions: All cancellations will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. The deposit will be refunded (less a $30 administration fee) if notified at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. If notified less than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will only be refunded (less a $30 administration fee) if/when the accommodation is rebooked. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Reservations cancelled, or altered at the commencement of or during occupation do not qualify for any refund and the monies paid will be forfeited by the guest. Non-arrivals or guests who fail to notify of cancellations will forfeit the monies paid.
After Hours - Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. A West Beach Parks representative is accessible 24 hours a day for emergencies only.
Allocation - Due to variations to reservations, specific room or site allocations cannot be guaranteed. Check-in: 2pm. Prior arrangements must be made for arrivals after 7pm (8pm during summer). Check-out Time: 10am.
Cancellations - Reservations cancelled, or altered at the commencement of or during occupation do not qualify for any refund and the monies paid will be forfeited by the guest. Non-arrivals or guests who fail to notify of cancellations will forfeit the first night’s tariff.
Children - Infants under 2 years of age are free of charge. Child rates apply to ages 2-15 years. West Beach Parks reserves the right to request proof of age.
Damages/Loss - All registered guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, keys/passes, fixtures and fittings in the accommodation. Fair wear and tear excluded. A fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required after departure.
Deposits - A deposit of the first night’s tariff is required to secure the reservation.
Final Payment - Balance of monies is due and payable on arrival, including full payment for any additional persons or nights. The exceptions are: For peak season (December 20, 2021 - January 27, 2022) balance of monies is due by October 20, 2021. When express check-in applies (e.g. long weekends), balance of monies is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Forms of Payment - Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard or EFTPOS.
Group Bookings/Special Offers - Additional terms and conditions may apply.
Linen - The tariffs quoted include linen for each bed booked and paid for.
Minimum Booking Periods - Minimum booking periods may apply over school holidays, weekends, long weekends and selected special events.
Maximum Numbers Per Unit - The number of people accommodated in each unit must not exceed the number of beds available.
Personal Belongings - West Beach Parks takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal item. Remember to lock your vehicle and remove any valuables; parking is at your own risk. Thoroughly check the accommodation before departure as any items left behind may not be recovered
Pet Policy - West Beach Parks is not suitable for animals. No pets allowed with the exception of medically certified guide dogs.
Prices - All prices quoted are in Australian dollars, are inclusive of GST and subject to change without notice due to seasonal and other variations. Prices are based on two persons occupying sites; extra person rates apply for each additional person. Cabin prices are based on maximum number of occupants.
Refunds - Deposit will be refunded (less a $30 administration fee) if notified at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. If notified less than 30 days prior to arrival, the first night’s tariff will only be refunded (less a $30 administration fee) if/when the unit is rebooked. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the first night's tariff (subject to management's discretion).
