    Reception is open until 6pm in the winter months and until 8pm in the summer months.

  • Deposit & Payments

    The deposit of one night is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the stay is payable on check in. Special rates may have different payment conditions. ie fully pre paid, non refundable. Peak holiday seasons require full payment by October 17, 2017. Any long weekend reservations require full payment 30 days prior to arrival.

  • Changes & Cancellations

    The deposit will be refunded (less a $30 administration fee) if notified at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. If notified less than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will only be refunded (less a $30 administration fee) if/when the accommodation is rebooked. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Reservations cancelled, or altered at the commencement of or during occupation do not qualify for any refund and the monies paid will be forfeited by the guest. Non-arrivals or guests who fail to notify of cancellations will forfeit the monies paid. ***Special Terms & Conditions apply for Peak period reservations (school holidays & long weekends)

  • Fees

    A $30 administration fee is applied to all cancelled reservations. A credit card pre-authorisation of $100 is required on arrival. This authorisation will be held until after you have departed. If you cannot produce a credit card, a $100 cash bond will be acceptable. Delays may occur on departure where a cash bond has been paid as a room inspection will be carried out prior to refund of bond monies. In the case of damage and/or loss, excessive cleaning, we have permission to recover this cost from the credit card or cash bond.

  • You need to know

    After Hours - Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. A West Beach Parks representative is accessible 24 hours a day for emergencies only.

    Allocation - Due to variations to reservations, specific room or site allocations cannot be guaranteed. Check-in: 2pm. Prior arrangements must be made for arrivals after 7pm (8pm during summer). Check-out Time: 10am.

    Cancellations - All cancellations must be advised in writing/email before any refund can be considered. Reservations cancelled, or altered at the commencement of or during occupation do not qualify for any refund and the monies paid will be forfeited by the guest. Non-arrivals or guests who fail to notify of cancellations will forfeit the first night’s tariff.

    Children - Infants under 2 years of age are free of charge. Child rates apply to ages 2-15 years. West Beach Parks reserves the right to request proof of age.

    Damages/Loss - All registered guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, keys/passes, fixtures and fittings in the accommodation. Fair wear and tear excluded. A fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required after departure.

    Deposits - A deposit of the first night’s tariff is required to secure the reservation.

    Final Payment - Balance of monies is due and payable on arrival, including full payment for any additional persons or nights. When express check-in applies (e.g. peak season), balance of monies is required 30 days prior to arrival.

    Forms of Payment - Payment is accepted by cash, Visa, Mastercard or EFTPOS.

    Group Bookings/Special Offers - Additional terms and conditions may apply.

    Linen - The tariffs quoted include linen for each bed booked and paid for.

    Minimum Booking Periods - Minimum booking periods may apply over school holidays, weekends, long weekends and selected special events.

    Maximum Numbers per Unit - The number of people accommodated in each unit must not exceed the number of beds available.

    Personal Belongings - West Beach Parks takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal item. Remember to lock your vehicle and remove any valuables; parking is at your own risk. Thoroughly check the accommodation before departure as any items left behind may not be recovered.

    Pet Policy - West Beach Parks is not suitable for animals. No pets allowed with the exception of medically certified guide dogs.

    Prices - All prices quoted are in Australian dollars, are inclusive of GST and subject to change without notice due to seasonal and other variations. Prices are based on two persons occupying sites; extra person rates apply for each additional person.  Cabin prices are based on maximum number of occupants. 

    Refunds - Deposit will be refunded (less a $30 administration fee) if notified at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. If notified less than 30 days prior to arrival, the first night’s tariff will only be refunded (less a $30 administration fee) if/when the unit is rebooked. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the first night's tariff (subject to management's discretion).
