Take a drive and discover your favourite bush walk, make time to smell the flowers or find a special rock from the sea. The Fleurieu is abundant in beauty-come and enjoy all the Peninsula has to showcase. 

Tallisker Mine Ruins - Talisker Mine in Silverton was once the largest silver and lead mine in South Australia. The mine is located within Talisker Conservation Park and is listed on the Register of State Heritage Items. Today an interpretive trail through the mine ruins and bushland has been created. The walk takes about an hour. Maps can be purchased from the Fleurieu Coast Visitor Information Centre.

Golf Courses - Links Lady Bay, Wirrina Golf Course, Victor Harbor Golf Course.

Bush/Beach walks - From Deep Creek, Second Valley's newly opened walks, The Big Gorge Walk (just outside Normanville) and of course the Walk to the Beach Cave in Rapid Bay, the Fleurieu has an arrange of picturesque walks that will leave you feeling at one with nature.

Myponga Reservoir - Plenty of outdoor activities to choose from at Myponga: fishing, kayak hire, bike hire from Smiling Samoyed, forest walks, kangaroo watching or feeling on top of the world from the reservoir look out.

Picnic places - Bangala Park, Ingalalla Falls, Deep Creek

Fishing Charter information is at the Fleurieu Coast Visitor Information Centre or take your rod to one of the local Jetty’s and try your luck.
