Customers who book a break on BIG4.com.au will be able to change their booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival. On request, customers will be offered the option to amend their booking or receive a credit to use at that Park for up to 12 months. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid. This policy applies to bookings made between 19 March 2020 and 30 June 2020, for arrival prior to 31 July 2020. Please contact the park for further details.
A credit card deposit equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation is required at the time of booking. The balance is due on arrival.
Refer to the below for changes and cancellations policy for bookings after 31st July, 2020. Cancellation Policy: Changes and cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to arrival. If a cancellation is within 24 hours of arrival the deposit is forfeited. Deposit Policy: A credit card deposit equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation is required at the time of booking. The balance is due on arrival. Reception hours are 8am to 6pm Mon - Sat & 9am to 5pm Sun. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements.
