All tents are placed in the grassed campground. This area is for tents only no caravans, campervans or motorhomes. Our tent campground offers a safe environment for all campers. No vehicles are permitted within in the actual campground, however parking is situated right beside the campground. Please ensure you select the correct size and type under the features section.
After 11am for Caravan and Tent Site bookings and after 2pm for Villa bookings

Changes and Cancellation
Customers who book a break on BIG4.com.au will be able to change their booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival. On request, customers will be offered the option to amend their booking or receive a credit to use at that Park for up to 12 months. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid. This policy applies to bookings made between 19 March 2020 and 30 June 2020, for arrival prior to 31 July 2020. Please contact the park for further details.

Deposits and Payments
Deposit Policy - We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, your circumstances change or you choose the wrong accommodation. Receipt of your deposit means we hold the accommodation for you.A deposit is required upon booking your accommodation the balance is to be paid upon check in. A valid credit card must be provided during the booking process, which will be forwarded to our reservations team securely for processing. Personal cheques or money orders will only be accepted if received 28 days prior to arrival. Should a deposit not be received by its due date, your reservation will be cancelled.A security deposit for all villa accommodation will be required at check-in.
All visitors must register at reception at arrival. We like to ensure that our guests have exclusive use of the parks facilities, friends and family visiting are welcome to use our facilities for a small fee. Registration and payment if available at the reception desk. Visitors will be issued with armbands, visitors who have not registered will be asked to leave. We ask that you please check with reception prior to arranging any visitors, as during peak times we may restrict the number of visitors allowed.
What you need to know
Refer to the below for changes and cancellations policy for bookings after 31st July, 2020. During off peak times if the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the commencement of the booking, monies received will be refunded less $20 administration fee. If the booking is cancelled between 14 days to 72 hours prior to the commencement of the booking, monies received will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations inside of 14 days to 72 hours can be held in credit in your name to be used within 6 months of the date of cancellation. Credit not used within 6 months will be forfeited. Please note that date changes may attract a higher tariff. Special conditions apply during peak periods.
