Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Check in

    Check-in is after 2 pm for cabins, and after 11 am for sites.

  • Check out

    Check-out is strictly 10 am

  • Reception hours

    Reception hours are 8am until 6pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours on 08 8983 1169 to make alternate arrangements.

  • Deposit & Payments

    A credit card deposit equivalent to the first nights accommodation is required at the time of booking. The park will process a charge against your credit card and send a confirmation. The balance is due on arrival.

  • Changes & Cancellations

    All deposits are non-refundable if your booking is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival date. All cancellations of more than 48 hours from arrival date will incur a 10% administration fee. No refunds on early departures. All fees and tariffs are subject to change without notice.

  • Fees

    Day visitors welcome at managers discretion at a cost of $12 per person. Late check-outs incur a fee, please ask at reception upon your request for late check-out.

  • Pets

    Dogs are welcome on application at manager's discretion. Please contact us directly on to discuss your pet and travel needs.

  • You need to know

    PLEASE NOTE: During the peak season (June - September) no extensions will be granted on day of departure. If you wish to extend your stay please do so the day before your departure date.

    PLEASE NOTE: Any special requests (such as a specific site or cabin) are noted on your booking but are not guaranteed.
