With views over the Billabong and a screened balcony, these cabins are perfect for a relaxing weekend. These cabins feature two separate bedrooms. The main room has a queen bed, the second room has a bunk with a double and single bed. All linen is provided and all beds are made. The open plan lounge/dining room comes equipped with a television and DVD player. Kitchen facilities including cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, large fridge, coffee machine, hotplates and a convection microwave (no oven). The bathroom has a two person spa bath with towels provided.

Changes and Cancellation
Customers who book a break on BIG4.com.au will be able to change their booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival. On request, customers will be offered the option to amend their booking or receive a credit to use at that Park for up to 12 months. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid. This policy applies to bookings made between 19 March 2020 and 30 June 2020, for arrival prior to 31 July 2020. Please contact the park for further details.

Deposits and Payments
In order to confirm a booking, a deposit for the first 2 night's stay is required at the time of booking. Deposits may be made by credit card over the phone or BPAY. Please note, that full payment for high seasons bookings must be received 60 days prior to the date of arrival.
Guaranteed sites or cabins: Please note, that we do not guarantee particular site or cabin numbers, you are booking a type only. We do endeavour to please our guests in maintaining their requests. Management reserves the right to move bookings to the same type if necessary.Day visitors: A charge of $10 per person is applicable for your visitors to come to the Park during your stay. Charges differ for overnight stay. Please advise reception prior to day or overnight visitors arriving. Guests may be asked to leave if visitors are not paid for in advance.

Bunk Beds: Please note that children under nine years old are not permitted to sleep in the top bunk. Please advise reception as soon as possible if you need to change your cabin due to this. Parking: One car park is allocated per site or cabin. Additional cars must be parked in the visitor’s car park. Please advise reception as soon as possible if you have a boat or trailer. We suggest that you leave your boat in your car park if it fits, and your car in the visitor’s car park. If you have any questions prior to arrival, please contact us. Riding equipment includes, bikes, skateboards, rip sticks, go carts and scooters. We do allow children to bring their own riding equipment to use in the park. However, the park has a 'No Helmet, No Ride' policy. Please remember to pack helmets when packing 'riding equipment'. There are other conditions such as, no riding after dark or around certain areas of the park. Children will be issued with a bike licence upon arrival. Check-in and Check-out: For your information, check-in and check-out times are noted below. Please note that we operate on NSW time during day light saving months. If you plan to arrive after 8pm, please advise reception so that we can arrange an after hours check-in service. Site arrivals are welcome up until 10pm only. How to Find Us: Latitude: 28° 11' 40" S (-28.194598). Longitude: 153° 31' 51" E (153.530964). Coming from North (Brisbane): take the Tweed Heads/Coolangatta exit just through the tunnel. Veer right and follow signs to Tweed Heads, Kennedy Drive. Left onto Kennedy Drive at end of exit lane and follow along parallel to the Tweed River for 800m. Follow the signs under and over the bridge to Tweed Heads South (requiring a left hand 270 degree loop). Over the bridge and then turn right at the next lights. This is Dry Dock Road, you can see a Tweed Billabong sign. Follow this straight ahead for 2km and then turn left into Holden Street which is the 7th Street. Coming from the South (Sydney): Just over Sexton Hill the road forks, take left for Tweed Head. Stay on this road and turn left at the fifth set of traffic lights (past the Tweed City shopping centre, etc). This is Dry Dock Road. Follow this straight ahead for 2km and then turn left into Holden Street which is the 7th Street. Perks Conditions: Perks are subject to availability and are at the discretion of the park. Requests for early checkin and accommodation upgrade should be made in advance. These are subject to avaiability and not guaranteed until arrival. Accommodation upgrade is from one accommodation type to the next tier accommodation available, not from a site to a cabin for example. Perks can only be redeemed once per stay and will be provided to the person who is named on the membership card. A maximum of one perk will be available during your stay, on request and subject to availability. In-park Perks can be updated at any time and without prior notice. In-park Perks are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. Perks can be conditional based on types of stay, such as cabin guests vs site guests and type of membership such as Perks+ and VIPerks.
