Deposit & Payments
For bookings over $1000 we can offer an easy interest free payment plan - please ask when booking for more details. Deposits Required: - For bookings arriving within 30 days of the arrival date full payment is required at the time of booking - For bookings arriving more than 30 days prior to the arrival date a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking & the balance will be automatically deducted from your credit card one month prior to your arrival.
Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours of booking: Full refund Cancellations providing more than 30 days notice prior to arrival date: $50 Administration Fee Charged & balance refunded. Cancellations providing less than 30 days notice prior to arrival date: $50 Administration Fee charged & balance held in credit for 6 months. The new booking must be made within 6 months of cancellation or balance will be forfeited in its entirety. Cancellations on day of arrival: $50 admin fee charged & balance held in credit for 6 months. Specials: No refunds on cancellations; however dates may be changed if available within the Specials range No shows: No refunds or credits
Day Visitors are charged the following: - Child (aged 5 - 18): $20 per half day to use the facilities (includes 1 adult) - Child (age 3 & 4): $10 per half day to use the facilities (includes 1 adult) - Extra adults $10 per half day. - Bookings are essential as there are a limited number of day visitors permitted into the park at any one time
Small dogs are allowed on certain powered sites & ensuite sites at managers discretion. No dogs allowed in NSW School Holiday except the July School Holidays. No dogs allowed on long weekends or special event weekends. Pets are not allowed in our cabin accommodation. As dogs are not allowed in any of our fantastic facilities & can also not be left unattended at their site, we do not accept bookings with children & dogs for the enjoyment of all of our guests.
You need to know
IMPORTANT: This booking is not secured until you receive an email confirmation directly from BIG4 Sunshine South West Rocks Holiday Park. On entering your details you will get an automated response from BIG4.
BIG4 Sunshine South West Rocks Holiday Park will confirm by email within 24 hours your reservation along with reservation number and receipt. If there are any issues with your booking or payment one of our team will be in contact to discuss your reservation details.
BIG4 Sunshine Terms and Conditions
Payment: All bookings are required to be paid for in full a month prior to arrival date.
For School Holiday Payments the following dates apply:
- Easter School Holidays: Final Payment Due by 1st March
- September School Holidays: Final Payment due by 1st September
- December / January School Holidays: Final Payment due by 1st of December.
Pets: We welcome pets on specific pet friendly powered and ensuite sites within the park. Please note that no pets are allowed during School Holidays, Special Events or Long Weekends. Pets are not allowed in cabin accommodation.
Dimensions of camp sites and ensuite sites: The specifics of your site booking are quoted within your reservation confirmation- including dimensions. Please ensure all your equipment including your car/boat fits within the site boundaries. "Slab" sites are NOT recommended for Camper Trailers.
Security Deposit: Your Credit Card number will be held on file as a Security deposit for the duration of your stay. Any items requiring replacement or unpaid balances on hire equipment will be charged to the card supplied. Upon arrival you will be required to sign a Guest Check-In Form confirming you agree to pay for any charges or services provided and to pay for any damage or loss to facilities, accommodation or equipment for which you and/or your guests are/were responsible. If not billed at the time of your departure BIG4 Sunshine reserves the right to debit you card at a later date once any damage or loss has been rectified. Your Credit Card details will automatically be deleted following your stay.
Bunk Beds: Work Law Health & Safety regulations state that operators must comply with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 4220:2003. "Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk" & "children must not play on top bunk". Please take this into consideration when making your booking.
Complimentary Supplies in Cabins: A complimentary starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo and soap are provided in your accommodation. Please note these are not serviced apartments therefore supplies are not restocked during your stay.
Check out time is strictly 10am. Late check outs are subject to availability and must be arranged by contacting reception no later than 4PM on the eve of your departure. Day visitor rates and conditions apply. Please note that BIG4 Sunshine reserves the right to debit the credit card of any guest not abiding by the 10am check out policy (as per our terms and conditions)
Reservation Cancellation & Amendments Terms & Conditions
- Cancellations within 24 hours of booking: Full refund

- Cancellations providing less than 30 days notice prior to arrival date: $50 Administration Fee charged & balance held in credit for 6 months. - Specials: No refunds on cancellations; however dates may be changed if available within the Specials range.
- All amendments to dates and accommodation type are subject to availability and will be at the tariff rate applicable to the new dates. If the new rates result in a balance payable to a guest, the same conditions as the cancellation terms above will apply.
- Early departure: tariffs are not refundable or transferable if your stay is cut short for any reason, including bad weather.
- All cancellation & amendment requests are subject to management’s approval.
