- $25 credit will be applied to your guest account on departure.
- To redeem your credit for your future stay, please contact the park directly on +61 3 8877 1600 or info@crystalbrooktp.com.au so that we can apply it to your new booking.
- Credit is valid for 12 months from the departure date of your qualifying booking.
- Credit is non refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Credit cannot be used for back to back consecutive bookings (i.e. when departing and arriving again on the same day)
- A minimum 3 night stay, and a maximum 28 night stay applies.
- A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking cost is payable at time of booking. The balance is due on the morning of arrival.
- The deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking (valid for 12 months from date of issue), or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 48hr prior to the booked arrival date.
- If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable
- We require a credit card pre-authorisation of $100 for all cabin stays. This serves as security for any damages or extra cleaning fees. The hold will be released upon departure if there are no damages or additional cleaning fees.
