• Your deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 2 days (48hr) prior to the booked arrival date.
• If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

We require a credit card pre-authorisation for all cabin stays. This serves as security for any damages or extra cleaning fees. The hold will be released upon departure if there are no damages or additional fees.

• A deposit equal to 1 Night’s accommodation is payable at time of booking.
• The balance is due on the morning of arrival.
Promotional/ Discounted Rates:
• A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking cost is payable at time of booking.

All Bookings and rate types, including Groups of more than 3 rooms:
• Full pre-payment is required at time of booking.
• Includes any peak events in the area, and long weekends.
Bringing pets

For this park
Our park is pet friendly and any visit by you and your pet is subject to the following conditions:
- Your pet must be kept on a leash at all times when on park property.
- Any disturbances such as barking must be kept to an absolute minimum to ensure that other guests are not inconvenienced.
- You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet.
- With the exception of guide dogs, all other pets are not allowed in any of our accommodation or facilities such as Amenities, Playground and Laundry.
- You agree to be responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless BIG4 Crystal Brook Tourist Park and its entities, its owners and operators, from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet.
- We have pet friendly cabins and these must be booked in advance.
- Pets are not allowed inside any of the other cabins at any time.
Any evidence of pets inside non pet friendly cabins will incur an additional cleaning fee of $250.00.
Other useful information
Extra Person Policy:
• Cabin and site pricing is based on 2 persons, regardless of age.
• Children aged 2 and under stay for free in existing bedding.
• The fee for additional persons aged 3 years and over is $25 per additional person, per night.
Smoking Policy:
We are a non-smoking property. A fee of $250 will apply for smoking inside of our cabins.
