We strive to make BIG4 Middleton Beach welcoming and comfortable for all guests by continually improving accessibility across our park grounds and accommodation. To help you plan your stay with confidence, we provide clear details on our accessible amenities, terrain, and equipment support so you can ensure our facilities suit your individual requirements.
Accessible features & facilities
- Partial mobility villas - Select Spa Villas offer ramp access to the patio and entry door, with shower and toilet chairs available on request. Please note these villas feature standard-width doors (820mm), small shower recesses, and no grab rails in the shower.
- Step-free grounds - Main pathways throughout the park are wide, flat, and step-free, providing easy navigation between accommodation and shared facilities.
- Park amenities - A dedicated accessible bathroom with handrails is located adjacent to the central amenities block. Ground-level, wide-door access is available to the Recreation Building, Kids Club room, and Campers Kitchen.
- Sensory & quiet spaces - Low-sensory quiet areas are available in our Kids Club room (outside scheduled sessions), and hypoallergenic bedding can be arranged on request.
- Assistance animals - Certified guide dogs and assistance animals are warmly welcomed, with bowls and bedding available upon request.
