River Road Reserve

Natural Attractions

River Road Reserve is a small bush camping area along the Ovens River. Pleasant bush camping overlooking the Ovens River, well shaded by Manna Gum and wattle.

There are no facilities however the Ovens River offers great fishing, kayaking and swimming. Dependent on water levels there is often a lovely sandy beach.

Dogs are welcome.

There are no built fireplaces in this campground, however, it may be permissible to have a campfire under certain conditions. Please check local fire restrictions and rules before lighting fires.
