Reception Hours

The team at BIG4 Melbourne Holiday Park look forward to your arrival with us. Our reception is open daily from 8am-7pm. If you think you may be arriving outside of these hours, please contact our reception team on 03 9353 8222 for details regarding late check-ins. Late arrivals are required to have made payments on any outstanding tariffs prior to arrival. Please contact reception for arrivals out of reception hours.

Changes and Cancellation

Customers who book a break on will be covered by the BIG4 COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy and the BIG4 Brand Promise, see the 'what you need to know' section, below, for more details.

Deposits and Payments

One night's deposit amount is required at time of booking. On receipt of your reservation BIG4 Melbourne Holiday Park will email your confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:​​

The tariff type you have booked when making your reservation will determine if you are eligible for a refund if you need to cancel your reservation:

Free Cancellation:

Changes to your reservation and cancellations with a full refund are possible anytime up to 24 hours prior to arrival. (Before 9am the day prior to arrival date)

Best Available: non-refundable

Bookings made for the Best Available rate are non-refundable and unable to be changed or cancelled at anytime once reservation is confirmed. The Best Available rate is a non-refundable rate.

COVID Flexi Booking Policy: Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay: • You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID – 19 • You are forced into self-isolation • You are awaiting the results of a COVID – 19 test or • A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid direct to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly. To utilise this policy a guest must: • Have made their booking on, and • Where requested, provide proof to the park where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above. Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancelation Policy will need to comply with parks usual terms and conditions: 
Online booking fees will not be refunded.

There are no refunds for early departures.

Minimum stays apply to long weekends, public holidays and special events.

BIG4 Loyalty Club Membership Discount: Where a BIG4 Club Member discount is applicable, you must have a valid BIG4 Club Membership at the date of arrival.

General Minimum Age - You must be at least 21 years old of age to make a reservation.

Arrivals - may check-in from 2pm. Departures - are due by 10am.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any of the particular BIG4 Holiday Parks. We only facilitate this booking service. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of the BIG4 Holiday Park.
