Our Melbourne caravan park has a solar heated pool, heated spa, heated amenities, free BBQs, games and television rooms, camp kitchen, playground, free in-house movies and seasonal kids' activities.

Enjoy the spectacular coffee scene, where caffeination is taken very seriously, then explore the Queen Victoria and South Melbourne Markets, where you won't want to miss the famous South Melbourne Dim Sims!

Walking through the streets of the CBD, you will find vibrant murals and graffiti in every direction. Our favourite street art lanes include Caledonian Lane, Hosier Lane and AC/DC Lane.

Adventure Playground

Our vibrant playground is designed to keep children entertained, active, and engaged for hours. Featuring a multi-level play structure with stairs, climbing elements, interactive play panels, tunnels, and slides. There's plenty to explore for kids of all ages.

The playground also includes a fun nest swing, perfect for gentle swinging or group play, as well as a four-seat spring rocker for extra excitement and movement.

With bright tropical styling, including playful palm tree features, the space feels fun and inviting for families. The entire playground is enclosed for added peace of mind and is built on high-quality soft-fall safety surface, helping to provide a safer and more comfortable play environment.

Whether climbing, sliding, swinging, or simply making new friends, our playground offers a fantastic space for children to burn energy and enjoy outdoor play during their stay.

Indoor Playland

Our spacious indoor playroom offers the perfect all-weather retreat for toddlers, kids, teens, and adults alike. Conveniently located above our facilities with beautiful views overlooking the park, this inviting space sits right next to the gym and adults lounge, making it easy for the whole family to enjoy.

The little ones will love exploring the Tiny Tots Play Land, a dedicated area designed for imaginative and active play in a safe indoor environment.

Solar Heated Pool

Relax and unwind in our beautiful resort-style outdoor pool, surrounded by palm trees and lush native plants that create a peaceful holiday atmosphere.

Our pool is solar heated, making it most enjoyable on sunny days, though water temperatures can feel cooler during overcast weather or without sun.

Designed for guests of all ages, the pool features depth markers starting from 35cm, including a shallow children's area where the little ones can safely splash and play. Kids will also love the fun water fountains, adding an extra element of excitement to their swim time.

Around the pool, you'll find plenty of places to relax, including comfortable pool loungers, umbrellas for shade, and additional seating perfect for soaking up your surroundings and watching the children.

Whether you're cooling off, enjoying family time, or simply lounging poolside, our pool area offers a relaxing outdoor escape with a true holiday feel.

Swimma-Spa

Relax and recharge in our spacious swim spa, maintained at a comfortable 34 degrees year-round for the perfect balance of relaxation and therapeutic warmth.

Conveniently located adjacent to the pool, the swim spa offers a peaceful place to soak, stretch, and relax while enjoying the surrounding resort-style atmosphere. With comfortable seating around the spa, it's an ideal spot to sit back and unwind, whether you're starting your day or winding down in the evening.

Framed by swaying palm trees and beautiful native plants, the area creates a tranquil outdoor escape with a true holiday feel.

Open Air Cinema

Sit back and relax under the stars at out outdoor cinema. Featuring a large-screen display, immersive surround sound, and a cosy atmosphere lit by charming festoon lights, it's the perfect place to unwind with your holiday companions.

Choose your spot from comfortable bean bags and relaxed seating options, we have umbrellas available in Summer for extra comfort on warmer days and on the colder days you can bring along your own blanket or throw to rug up.

We schedule 4 movies daily, offering a mix of family favorites, classics, and other popular family friendly films. On special occasions, movie sessions may be replaced by major live sporting events, so guests can enjoy their favorite games on the big screen.

To make the experience even better, we occasionally offer freshly popped popcorn for that classic cinema feel.

Best of all, our outdoor cinema is a complimentary experience, exclusively included in your stay.

Movie Room

Escape the weather and settle into our indoor movie room, this is the perfect space to relax and unwind, being separate to our games room, this area provides a quiet movie dedicated space.

Featuring a large screen TV with family friendly movies playing all day, there's always something entertaining to enjoy for guests of all ages.

Get comfortable on the bean bags or take a seat together, creating a welcoming space for both children and adults to sit back and enjoy.

For a little extra fun between movies, challenge your holiday buddies to a game of Connect 4, adding some friendly competition to your visit.

Reset Room

BIG4 Melbourne has a specially designed Reset Room that has been developed for use by families with a child or children on the Autism spectrum.

What?

This is a one on one space designed to provide calm, focus, and comfort to people with sensory processing difficulties, which often includes people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The rooms importance lies in their ability to offer a calming space where users can regulate their emotions and behavior, it helps reduce anxiety and overstimulation by using soothing lights, sounds, and textures.

Why?

Our reset room for autism surround the individual with sensory experiences, like colours, textures, soft activities and lights. Doing this in a controlled environment can positively affect many with autism. It improves the person's ability to understand, react and interact with their environment.

Where?

Our reset room is conveniently located within our communal facilities, opposite our camp kitchen and is available for families or individuals to utilise as they need.

How?

When you, a friend, or a family member feels the need to unwind and take some time out, see our friendly team in reception, we will provide a key which you can return once you are finished. All individuals must be supervised by a guardian inside the reset room. It’s as easy as that!

Gym

Our onsite gym is complimentary for all staying guests and offers a convenient space to maintain your fitness routine while you're away. Located on the first floor next to our Games Room and accessed via the Adults Lounge, the gym provides a comfortable, air-conditioned environment for both cardio and strength training.

Stay active during your stay with access to our spacious, guest-exclusive gym overlooking the park.

Designed for a variety of fitness levels, the gym features a great selection of cardio equipment including treadmills, exercise bike, an elliptical trainer, and a rowing machine, along with a chest press. Don't forget to stretch before and after with the exercise mats to include core work, or some floor exercises.

The space is fully air-conditioned and heated for year-round comfort, with plenty of room to move whether you're fitting in a quick workout or a full training session. Stretching guides are also available to help support warm-up and recovery.

Lounge

Our Adults Lounge is a beautiful guest space designed for quiet downtime, socialising or simply unwinding. Located on the first floor above our amenities, next to the Games Room, the lounge offers a peaceful setting with views overlooking the park.

Escape to our comfortable Adults Lounge- a calm and inviting retreat exclusively for adult guests. Thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings, the space features comfortable lounge seating, cosy conversation areas, and tables to enjoy reading, playing cards, or your morning coffee.

A large-screen TV provides entertainment, while spacious layout makes it easy to relax alone or catch up with friends and family. With both heating and air-conditioning, the lounge remains comfortable throughout the year.

Positioned on the first floor above our amenities and beside the Games Room, the Adults Lounge also enjoys lovely views over the park, creating a bright and peaceful atmosphere. It's the perfect place to slow down, recharge, and enjoy a little quiet time during your stay.

The tariff type you have booked when making your reservation will determine if you are eligible for a refund if you need to cancel your reservation:

BEST AVAILABLE NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:

Bookings made on the Best Available Non-Refundable rate are non-refundable and unable to be changed or cancelled at any time once reservation is confirmed.

When a booking is cancelled prior to 9am the day before the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited by the guest, if they had opted to pay the full amount, we can refund the difference. Please note that any booking, bank or credit card fees are non-refundable
When a booking is cancelled after 9am the day before the arrival date, no refund is applicable, all monies paid is forfeited by the guest. The guest is liable for the full amount of the stay.
There are no refunds for early departures.

FREE CANCELLATION & CHANGES RATE:

Changes to the reservation and/or cancellations with a full refund are possible any time prior to 9am the day before the arrival date. Online booking, bank/card transaction fees are non-refundable. No Early Departure Refunds
