The wall carries names and stories from townships, missions, farms and meeting places across the district. It offers a quiet place to recognise ancestors and loved ones, to reconnect with kin and community and to add threads that keep the record living.
All are welcome - local residents, returning families, interstate visitors and community members who value the region's layered history. The Commemorative Wall is a place to return to with children and grandchildren, to rest a hand on a family name and to reflect on what has been carried forward and what we hand on next.
