Hamilton Caravan Park

Off Peak: A deposit equivalent to one night’s tariff is payable at the time of booking. If cancelled outside 14 days of the arrival date, a $50.00 cancellation fee applies and the balance is refunded. No refund if cancelled within 14 days.

Peak Periods: A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required. Deposits are non-refundable. If the booking is cancelled or the guest leaves early, full payment is required.

Special Bookings: Special booking and cancellation conditions apply for group bookings.

Refunds: No refunds are provided if an occupant vacates the site or cabin before the booked date of departure.

Damage/Security Deposit: A $300 damage deposit is required on arrival via credit card. This will be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout, subject to property inspection and no damage being found.

• Cabins: Base rate includes up to 2 guests. Each additional person (over 2 guest) is charged an extra $20 per person, per night.
• Powered sites: Base rate includes up to 2 guests. Each additional person (over 2 guests) is charged an extra $10 per person, per night.
• Infants: children under 1 year old stay free of charge.

Pets are welcome on sites and designated pet friendly cabins.

• Guests staying in our pet friendly cabins must bring their own pet bedding. Pets are strictly not permitted on beds or furniture.
• A maximum of two (2) dogs permitted per booking.
• Dogs must be supervised at all times and never left unattended. This includes inside tents, vans, designated dog-friendly cabins and any other accommodation.
• When in the park, dogs must be kept on a leash and under their owner's control at all times.
• Dogs are not permitted in any communal areas (including but not limited to the camp kitchen and amenities block).
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.

Non-pet friendly cabins: Dogs are only allowed in cabins marked as 'Pet Friendly'. Bookings with dogs are strictly not allowed in any other cabin types.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park or park listed on BIG4.com.au. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
