Reception Hours

8.30am - 6.30pm Monday to Sunday. Guests arriving outside these times must contact us during reception hours to make alternate arrangements.


Changes and Cancellation

Cancellations for stays during long weekends and local events must be made more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is within 30 days the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations at other times can be made up to 2 days prior to arrival. Cancellation fee is $15. No shows - Guests who fail to arrive on designated day, or who arrive after reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements, will forfeit their deposit. No refund for early departure.


Pets

Pets are welcome on all our powered, unpowered and ensuite sites.


What you need to know

IN-PARK PERKS:  Please note that Perks are subject to availability and may not be available during peak periods or long weekends. BEDDING: Bedding is not included in Budget Cabins and only on the main bed in Gold and Silver and Bronze Cabins. Additional bedding (sheets and towels) can be hired for the other beds at an additional cost, or guests may bring their own. However, doonas, mattress protectors, and pillow with pillowslips are provided.    SPECIAL REQUESTS: Are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at time of booking.  Late check outs can be arranged at extra charge where available.  ADDITIONAL PER PERSON RATES: Applies for persons 2 years and over.  No charge under 2 years.
