Booking Terms and Conditions

Check In

Sites from 12pm. Accommodation bookings from 2pm. To minimise disruption to other guests, the set up of caravan and camping equipment is not allowed after 9pm unless pre-arranged with the manager.

Check Out

All sites and accommodation 10am. Late checkout may be arranged with prior consent from the office. Fees apply.

Reception Hours

Our office is open between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm. If you will be arriving outside office hours please contact guest services in advance. Arrival after 9pm is not permitted.

Changes and Cancellation

Amendments and Cancellations for stays during event weekends, holiday periods, public holiday and long weekends, must be made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Amendments and Cancellations at other times can be made up to 7 days prior to arrival for accommodation and ensuites and 2 days prior to arrival for sites.  An administration fee is payable and deducted from cancellation refund payments.

Group Bookings. Group bookings of 8 sites and/or accommodation or more, are subject to a 30 day cancellation period. Cancellations and changes after this period has expired will not be eligible for a refund

Cancellation Administration Fees. An administration fee of $40 applies to cancellation for accommodation and powered ensuite bookings and $15 for cancellation of powered and unpowered site bookings. The fee will be deducted from your refund. If Cancellation is received after the cancellation period has expired, you will incur a 100% booking fee.

No Shows. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.

Shortening your Stay. If you wish to reduce the nights booked after commencement of your stay with us, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies paid.


Dogs are permitted on sites at the manager’s discretion. No animals are permitted in any accommodation or inside any park facilities. Medically certified assistance dogs are always welcome. Please read our pet rules (link here) prior to arrival.

Deposits and Payments

A deposit equivalent to the first night of your stay is payable at the time of booking.  The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival. Special dates, including but not limited to, event weekends, holiday periods, public holiday and long weekends may require full payment at the time of booking.


Rates are per night for up to two people unless otherwise indicated. Infants less than 2 years old stay free. Fees apply as indicated for additional adults or children two years old and over.

What you need to know

Guest Details.  Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and the same individual must check-in for the stay.  Guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult

Special Requests.  Including choosing specific site numbers or groups are on a request basis only and are not guaranteed. All efforts will be made to accommodate any special requests.

Bedding. Bedding is included on all beds. Please make sure all guests are listed on your booking to ensure that the correct linen is provided. 

Deals or Special Offers.  Cannot be combined with any other discount offer. Blackout dates may apply.  Please read the terms and conditions applicable for any Deals at the time of booking

Smoking. Is not permitted in any of our accommodation or shared facilities. 

In-Park BIG4 Member Perks. Please note that Perks are subject to availability and may not be available during peak periods or long weekends
Bunk Beds. Guests will observe the Australian Standards relating to bunk beds.  Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk. 

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
