IN_PARK PERKS: Please note that Perks are subject to availability and may not be available during peak periods or long weekends.
BEDDING is not included in Budget Cabins and only on the main bed in Gold and Silver and Bronze Cabins. Additional bedding - sheets and towels - can be hired for the other beds at an additional cost, or guests may bring their own. However, doonas, mattress protectors, and pillow with pillowslips are provided. CANCELLATIONS for stays during Long Weekends and Local Events must be made more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is within 30 days the deposit is forfeited. CANCELLATIONS at other times can be made up to 2 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATION FEE is $15. RECEPTION HOURS - 8.30am-6.30pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact us during Reception hours to make alternate arrangements. NO SHOWS - Guests who fail to arrive on designated day, or who arrive after Reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements, will forfeit their deposit. SPECIAL REQUESTS - are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at time of booking. CHECK IN for SITES is 12PM and for CABINS is 2PM. CHECK OUT is 10AM. Late check outs can be arranged at extra charge where available. NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURE ADULT RATES apply for persons 16 years and over. CHILD RATES apply 2-15 years. No charge under 2 years.
