Any bookings cancelled outside 30 days will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date will result in forfeit of your deposit.

A deposit of the first nights accommodation is required when making a reservation and the balance is payable 48 hours prior to arrival.

During peak periods, 30 days prior to arrival, you will receive an email requesting you increase your deposit to 50% and the balance will be payable 48 hours prior to arrival.

Dogs are welcome in our park on our sites and a select accommodation.

The following breeds will not be accepted in our park - pit bull, bull mastiff, bull terrier. All other breeds will be at the discretion of management.

Only 1 dog allowed per site/cabin.

Doggie doo bags will be supplied by us in our dog friendly site area.

Before you arrive, please call our friendly reservations team on 1800 676 028 to see if there is availability and make a reservation for you and your dog.

Reservations including dogs must be booked by calling our reception and are not able to be booked online.

The tariff quoted includes the use of swimming pool, tennis courts, games room and jumping pillow. Cots are available for a small fee and high chairs are also available free of charge. All linen, bedding and towels are provided if you are booked into accommodation. Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 10am. **For late arrivals; arrangements are to be made with office staff.

BIG4 Blue Lake Holiday Park's accommodation and park buildings are smoke free.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
