Changes and Cancellation

Any bookings cancelled outside 30 days will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date will result in forfeit of your deposit.


Pets

Pets are only accepted upon application, strict guidelines apply. Pets only allowed on powered camp sites and a small selection of our cabins. There may be black out dates where pets are not allowed in the park. Pet friendly sites and accommodation must be booked via calling our reception and are not bookable online.


Deposits and Payments

A deposit of the first nights accommodation is required when making a reservation and the balance is payable on arrival. During peak periods the remaining balance will be requested 30 days prior to arrival.

The tariff quoted includes the use of swimming pool, tennis courts, games room and jumping pillow. Cots are available for a small fee and high chairs are also available free of charge. All linen, bedding and towels are provided if you are booked into accommodation. Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 10am. **For late arrivals; arrangements are to be made with office staff.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
