Changes and Cancellation

Customers who book a break on BIG4.com.au will be able to change their booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival. On request, customers will be offered the option to amend their booking or receive a credit to use at that Park for up to 12 months. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid. This policy applies to bookings made between 19 March 2020 and 30 June 2020, for arrival prior to 31 July 2020. Please contact the park for further details.


Pets

Pets are only accepted upon application, strict guidelines apply. Pets only allowed on powered camp sites and a small selection of our cabins. There may be black out dates where pets are not allowed in the park. Pet friendly sites and accommodation must be booked via calling our reception and are not bookable online.


Deposits and Payments

A deposit of the first nights accommodation is required when making a reservation and the balance is payable on arrival. During peak periods the remaining balance will be requested 30 days prior to arrival.


What you need to know

Refer to the below for changes and cancellations policy for bookings after 31st July, 2020. Any bookings cancelled outside 30 days will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date will result in forfeit of your deposit. The tariff quoted includes the use of swimming pool, tennis courts, games room and jumping pillow. Cots are available for a small fee and high chairs are also available free of charge. All linen, bedding and towels are provided if you are booked into accommodation. Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 10am. **For late arrivals; arrangements are to be made with office staff. BIG4 Blue Lake Holiday Park's accommodation and park buildings are smoke free.
