• Cancellation 14 days or more prior to arrival full refund.
• Cancellation 24 hours or more prior to arrival date refund of first nights accommodation less $25 booking/admin fee.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival date no refund of first nights accommodation.
• Will refund any additional nights that may have been paid. Reservations cancelled or altered at the commencement of or during occupation do not qualify for any refund and the monies paid will be forfeited by the guest. Non-arrivals or guests who fail to notify of cancellation will forfeit monies paid.

• Deposits - A deposit of first nights accommodation is required for all room bookings to secure reservation.
• Final Payment - Balance of monies due and payable on arrival, including full payment for any additional persons or nights.
• Form of Payment - Payment is accepted in Cash, Visa, Mastercard or EFTPOS. Payment may be made by bank transfer if this is received prior to arrival.

No pets are allowed in on-site accommodation or park facilities. Medically required dogs are permitted.

• After Hours - Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Manager is accessible 24 hours a day for emergencies only.
• Allocation - Specific room or site allocations cannot be guaranteed.
• Arrival/Departure - Accommodation will be available for occupation as soon as possible after 2pm. Prior arrangements must be made for arrivals after 6pm. First night payment required for all room bookings. If no deposit received rooms will be released for sale. Accommodation must be vacated by 10am on day of departure unless prior arrangement has been made with reception.
• Children - Infants under 4 years of age are free of charge. Child rate applies to ages 4 - 17 years.
• Damage/Loss - All registered guest shall be liable for any loss or damage to the keys/fobs, appliances, furniture, fixtures and fittings in the accommodation. A fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required after departure.
• Grounds - We are on permanent water restrictions. No using hoses to wash vehicles or vans under any circumstances. (Use buckets only).
• Maximum numbers per unit - The number of persons accommodated in each unit must not exceed the number of beds available.
• Personal Belongings - Shoreline tasks no responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal item. Remember to lock your cabin or caravan when not occupied or at night. Also lock your vehicle and remove any valuables. Parking is at your own risk. Thoroughly check your accommodation before departure as any items left behind may not be recovered.
• Pet Policy - No pets are allowed in on-site accommodation or park facilities. Medically required dogs are permitted.
• Prices - All prices are quoted in Australian dollars, are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice due to seasonal and other variations. Prices are based on two person occupancy, extra person rates apply for each additional person.
• Servicing - Accommodation is serviced weekly, commencing on the 7th day after arrival.
• Smoking - All buildings at Shoreline are non-smoking. By law, it is prohibited to smoke inside or within 5 metres of any public building. Smoking inside your accommodation will incur a minimum fee of $100.
