Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled, altered or changed on the day of expected arrival or during your stay including early departures. Non-arrivals or guests who fail to notify of cancellations will forfeit all monies paid.

Minimum notice of 72 hours of arrival will allow date changes within the permitted sale date range only. No refunds will be given for cancellations due to inclement weather, breakdowns, weather conditions, Covid or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend you obtain your own travel insurance to cover any Covid or other illness related cancellations.

If notified less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date,1 night’s tariff will be retained as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded in the manner it was received OR the remaining balance can be placed into guests client account to use for future bookings with BIG4 Barossa Tourist Park.
