Check-in for powered caravan and camping sites is from 12:00pm, while cabins and ensuite sites are available from 2:00pm. Check-out is 10:00am on the day of departure.

Guests who cancel more than 72 hours before arrival are generally eligible for a refund less a cancellation fee, or can transfer funds to a future booking credit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival may incur the loss of one night's accommodation cost.
