BIG4 Barossa Tourist Park

If notified more than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date, your payment will be refunded (less $50 cancellation fee) OR thedeposit can be placed into guests "client account" to use for future bookings (no cancellation fee).

If notified less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date, 1 night’s tariff will be retained as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be fully refunded OR the remaining balance can be placed into guests "client account" to use for future bookings.

No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled, altered, or changed on the day of expected arrival or during your stay including early departures. All monies paid will be forfeited by the guest. Non-arrivals or guests who fail to notify of cancellations will forfeit all monies paid.

No refunds will be given for cancellations due to inclement weather, Covid or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend you obtain your own travel insurance to cover any Covid or other illness related cancellations.

Please note: Client account balances must be used within 12 months of the initial transaction date and can only be used at BIG4 Barossa Tourist Park. Client account balances are non-refundable. Transfer of cancellation monies (including deposits paid) into guests “client account” is at managements discretion.

Full payment must be paid at time of booking

Pets are welcome at BIG4 Barossa on specified sites and cabins.

Dog owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their pet’s waste, in a plastic bag and disposed of in rubbish bins provided around the park. Bags available at reception & various points in the park.

Once departed, our housekeeping team will inspect & clean the cabin. Additional fees and charges apply due to extra cleaning required and/or any damages incurred by your pet during your stay. Valid Credit Card details will need to be provided by the guest at time of check-in as security for the payment of extra cleaning/charges.

General Park Rules

To ensure all guests enjoy their stay:

• Dogs must be on a lead at all times within the park, including the sports ovals and Coulthard Reserve. No exceptions.
• Pets must be supervised at all times and must not be left unattended in cabins or enclosed yards.
• The Barossa Council will be contacted and notified of any pet left alone/unattended.

Restricted Areas

Pets are not permitted in:

• Non-pet cabins.
• Ensuites.
• Pool area.
• Amenities, camp kitchens, playgrounds or meeting place.
• Front reception.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Pets must not be washed anywhere within the park.
• Pet items (including bedding/blankets) must not be washed in park laundries.
• Food and water bowls are provided — do not use accommodation crockery.
• Owners must clean up after their pets using provided bins and dog bags.

Responsibility & Behaviour

• Owners are fully responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by their pet.
• Management reserves the right to evict guests if pets are noisy, disruptive, aggressive, or subject to complaints.

Cleaning & Damages

Cabins will be inspected after departure.

• Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply.
• A valid credit card is required at check-in as security for any additional charges.

Pet Friendly Cabins

• A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted in designated pet-friendly cabins.
• Pets are allowed inside allocated cabins but must not be on any furniture.
• Pets must have their own bedding.
• Cats and birds must be caged.
• A fee of $10 per pet, per night applies

Strictly no smoking in cabin accommodation. Noise policy applies from 10pm. All cabins must be left clean and tidy, dishes cleaned and put away. Office closed Christmas Day. In the event of an emergency all guests are required to comply with any safety instructions given.

BIG4 Barossa Tourist Park is not liable, nor does it accept any responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever to any person or property or the death of or injury suffered to any person or animal whilst at the Venue.

All hazards, incidents or emergencies are to be immediately reported to BVTP on 08 85621404. Persons entering the Venue agree to indemnify the BVTP against any loss or liability, cost, expense or damages arising from or in relation to the entry either by person, vehicle or otherwise.

Guest’s equipment, including electrical and gas appliances, are required to be compliant with all relevant current Codes and Standards.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
