CABINS CANCELLATION POLICY

• If you give us at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the date of arrival we will refund the balance of your deposit less $30.00 administration fee per cabin. If within 48 hours prior to the day of arrival the deposit paid will be surrendered.
• Your final balance is due on arrival. No refund will be given for early departures or cancellations once arrived.
• Please note: If you have supplied a credit card, full payment will be taken 48hrs before arrival date.

POWERED SITES – CANCELLATION POLICY

PEAK SEASON 1st MAY-31st OCTOBER

• In order to avoid being charged your deposit for cancellation, please notify us 28 days prior to arrival, you will then receive a refund of the deposit paid, minus a $30 cancellation fee.
• If within the 4 weeks the deposit paid will be surrendered.
• Your balance is due on arrival for your entire booked stay.
• No refund will be given for early departures or cancellations once arrived.

OFF PEAK SEASON 1st NOVEMBER-30th APRIL

• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a refund of the deposit paid, minus a $30 cancellation fee
• Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit all monies paid.
• Your balance is due on arrival for your entire booked stay.
• No refund will be given for early departures or cancellations once arrived.

Online bookings require full payment at time of booking.

Boomgate Swipe Cards
A security deposit is required upon check-in for each boomgate swipe card issued to secure entry into the park. You can choose one of the following options:

• Cash Option: A $20.00 cash deposit per card.
• Credit Card Option: A $50.00 pre-authorisation hold per card.

This deposit or pre-authorisation hold will be fully refunded or released upon departure, subject to the successful return of the swipe card in good working order to reception.

BIG4 Queens Beach welcomes pets for guests staying on powered sites, we do have limited pet friendly cabins.

Key Terms & Conditions:

• Accommodation: Allowed on all powered sites. We have limited pet friendly cabins, there is a one off $30 pet fee for cabins that is payable at the park.
• Leash Rule: Pets must be kept on a strict leash at all times while on park property.
• Prohibited Areas: Pets are not allowed inside park facilities such as the pool, camp kitchens, amenities, or reception areas.
• Behaviour: Excessive noise and barking must be kept to an absolute minimum.
• Cleanliness: You must clean up after your pet immediately, and disposal must be handled responsibly.
• Unattended Pets: Pets must not be left unattended at any time on your site or cabin.
• If you have booked the pet friendly cabin: Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Evidence of pet hair on the bedding or couches with incur further charges.
