May 23rd - 26th, 2024.

Competition Details
Your Vintage Van and you could win our major prize, worth in excess of $3,000 thanks to our generous partners, sponsors and supporters.
Registration is $5 per van (payable upon arrival) with all entry fee’s being donated to Urban Angels Community Kitchen.
The prize includes:

Judging
Judging takes place on Saturday 25th from 12:30pm and you must be staying on site to register.
Michael & Carlene Duffy, thought leaders & experts in the Vintage Van space, will be judging the van competition and offering a Workshop for those eager to learn more about restoring and renovating caravans.
Vintage Van Workshop
Get a private tour of their latest renovated van and learn everything from how to purchase, demolish, design and register your own vintage van. The workshop runs for an hour and tickets are $70pp. Open to the general public and staying guests.

The VIP Pass
If you’re staying for the duration of the festival and want more bang for your buck, then the VIP pass is for you!
For $90pp you’ll get access to the workshop PLUS a goody bag, happy-hour cocktail, FREE trivia entry & 20% off Tom & Andy’s espresso for the duration of the festival.
That’s over $140 value for $90!

The Fine Print
- The event is open to the public on Saturday 25th until 3:00pm, at no cost. Everyone must sign in at reception prior to entering the park.
- The public will also be granted access to purchase from the Men’s Shed sausage sizzle fundraiser on both Friday morning and Sunday morning.
- Only staying guests (with booked accommodation) are able to utilise the pool and facilities. There will be different coloured wristbands so we can identify all persons onsite.
- To register your van for the $2,500 prize, you must have booked accommodation and be staying onsite on Friday 24th & Saturday 25th May.
- By registering your van for the main prize, you agree to allow management and Michael & Carlene Duffy access to view your caravan both inside and out for judging purposes.
- The VIP Passes are open to staying guests only.
- Standalone workshop tickets are available to the public and can be purchased from reception or via phone on 07 5491 1564.
