Changes and Cancellation

Customers who book a break on BIG4.com.au will be able to change their booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival. On request, customers will be offered the option to amend their booking or receive a credit to use at that Park for up to 12 months. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid. This policy applies to bookings made between 19 March 2020 and 30 June 2020, for arrival prior to 31 July 2020. Please contact the park for further details.


Deposits and Payments

The supplied credit card will be debited for the indicated deposit amount. Full settlement for the balance of your reservation will be required upon Check-In.** ** For summer school holiday bookings the balance of 50% of your reservation will be payable as requested via email.


What you need to know

Refer to the below for changes and cancellations policy for bookings after 31st July, 2020. Changes and Cancellation: Peak Season, Easter and October Long Weekends - Advance deposits are refundable if notice of cancellation is given at least 6 weeks prior to your intended arrival. If less than 6 weeks’ notice is given there will be no refund unless we are able to rebook the cabin / site for the cancelled dates. A pro-rata refund will be given in the event that we were not able to fully rebook the cabin / site. Outside of Peak Season, Easter and October Long Weekends - Advance deposits are refundable / booking dates can be changed provided that 48 hours notice of cancellation is given.
