BIG4 South Durras Holiday Park

Peak Season, Easter and October Long Weekends - Advance deposits are refundable if notice of cancellation is given at least 6 weeks prior to your intended arrival. If less than 6 weeks’ notice is given there will be no refund unless we are able to rebook the cabin/site for the cancelled dates. A pro-rata refund will be given in the event that we were not able to fully rebook the cabin/site. Outside of Peak Season, Easter and October Long Weekends - Advance deposits are refundable/booking dates can be changed provided that 48 hours notice of cancellation is given.

The supplied credit card will be debited for the indicated deposit amount. Full settlement for the balance of your reservation will be required upon Check-In.** For summer school holiday bookings the balance of 50% of your reservation will be payable as requested via email.

Dogs Welcome - Selected Sites Only. Please contact Park Direct.

On designated ensuite and powered sites only (not in cabin accommodation); suitably behaved small dogs under 10kg (subject to managers discretion), friendly, well-mannered and cared for dogs are welcome to come on holiday with their responsible dog owner/s.

BIG4 South Durras is only 100 metres from an off leash dog friendly beach, perfect for exercising your companion!

We have allocated 2 ensuite, 7 powered sites. Doggie waste bags and waste disposal bins are provided.

Dogs must be on a lead of no more than 2 metres at all times, occupy the allocated area only and not be left unattended. Refer to full conditions of stay in the "BIG4 Dog Owner Agreement".

To Book:

• Call our friendly reservations team on 02 4478 6028 to apply to bring your dog with you.
• You will be provided with a copy of the BIG4 Dog Owner Agreement which must be read, completed, agreed to, signed and returned and acknowledged on your arrival.
• The acceptance of your dog staying at BIG4 South Durras is conditional upon the Dog Owner/s acceptance of the BIG4 Dog Owner Agreement and ultimately subject to the approval and discretion of the Park Managers.

A boom gate card and /or cabin key will be supplied to you on Check-in. Lost keys/boom gate cards will incur a replacement fee.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
