Booking Terms & Conditions
Before 10am on day of departure
Reception hours are 8am-6pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours on 08 9755 4241 to make alternate arrangements.
Deposit & Payments
Full Payment is required to secure your online booking with RAC Busselton Holiday Park. Your credit card payment will be processed for the relevant charge. You will receive confirmation to the email address supplied. We look forward to warmly welcoming you to RAC Busselton Holiday Park.
Changes & Cancellations
Peak summer and holiday periods: Less than 30 days notification will result in a one night deposit cancellation fee charge. Less than seven days notice the full tariff will be forfeited. Sorry no refunds on early departures.
With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, no pets/animals are permitted. We ask all guests, please do not feed the native wildlife in the park.
You need to know
All accommodation units and other buildings are non-smoking. We ask all campers to please be considerate around other guests when smoking.
Generators are not permitted inside the park, but welcome solar energy panels.
Accommodation units are serviced after seven days.
Special requests (such as a specific site) are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the park for confirmation.
To keep our lawns looking great, tarpaulins, lino, carpet or plastic ground sheets are not to be used. If anything, shade cloth is best on the ground as it lets the grass "breath".
BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
