Accommodation (Chalets/Cabins) - A credit card payment for 100% of the amount of your stay is required at the time of booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. Booking confirmation is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully debited from your credit card. What you need to know

COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy: Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay: • You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19 • You are forced into self-isolation • You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test or • A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid direct to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly. To utilise this policy a guest must: • Have made their booking on BIG4.com.au, and • Where requested, provide proof to the park where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above. Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancelation Policy will need to comply with parks usual terms and conditions: Cancellations up to 28 days prior to arrival will be refunded minus a night’s tariff as a cancellation fee. No refunds are available from 28 days prior to arrival. Deposits and Payments All tariffs are based on two people; additional charges apply for extras. Children are aged 2-16. Sites (Powered/Unpowered) - A credit card payment for 100% of the amount of your stay is required at the time of booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. Booking confirmation is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully debited from your credit card. Cancellation Policy updated (COVID19) Customers who book a break on BIG4.com.au will be able to change their booking up to 72 hours prior to arrival. On request, customers will be offered the option to amend their booking or receive a credit to use at that Park for up to 12 months. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid. This policy applies to bookings made between 19 March 2020 and 20th of December 2020, for arrival prior to 20th of December 2020. Please contact the park for further details. Standard Cancellation Policy The new cancellation policy will allow our customers to change their bookings without a fee up to 168 hours (7 days) prior to arrival this applies to all bookings dated for arrival out of WA school holiday periods. For school holiday periods this policy will allow our customers to change their bookings without a fee up to 336 hours (14 days) prior to arrival- excluding the Christmas December/ January school holidays. The Ocean Beach Holiday Park will be offering the option to change the date of your booking or take a credit for up to 12 months from date of cancellation. Any difference in booking value due to a credit transfer will need to be paid. This updated policy applies for all travel up to 20 December 2020. Refunds are only given to international bookings in full that are unable to attend due to circumstances out of their control (government restrictions). Customers that are still within the cancellation period (28 days) and they wish to cancel their booking, the amount paid will be refunded less the cancellation fee Customers that are still within the current cancellation period (28 days) and they wish to cancel their booking, the amount paid will be refunded less the cancellation fee. Any difference in booking value due to a credit transfer will need to be paid. Please contact us to organise your cancellation/refund or credit. Changes and Cancellations - during high season must be made more than (28) days prior to arrival. Cancellations up to (28) days prior to arrival may be refunded minus a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) nights accommodation. Cancellations within 28 days of arrival the monies are forfeited.  Reception hours: 8am to 5pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or after reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the park for confirmation. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. A minimum stay of nights applies during high season, a minimum stay of 4 nights applies at Easter, a minimum of 3 nights on long weekends and a minimum of 1 nights on other weekends. Adults rates apply to persons above 16 years. Children rates apply to guests aged 2 to 16 years. There is no charge for children under 2 years. Limit up to 6 persons to a site (conditions apply). With the exception of medically certified guide dogs/Pets are not permitted during peak summer school holidays and Easter. Dogs may be accepted outside these times at management discretion.   Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge where available. Check in time is from 2pm. Afterhours contact: Please use the emergency contact phone which is located on front of the reception building   Pet friendly Accommodation- Dogs are family too, therefore we are more than happy to welcome your furry family member to the park. Big4 Denmark Ocean Beach holiday Park is the ideal location to bring your fur friend, with a dog friendly beach located across the road with many walking paths in the area. Please note that all bookings with dogs are to be made direct. Call us on 08 9481105 and please read all guidelines below carefully. Dog owners must contact us prior to arrival to apply to have their dog accepted at the park. Pet Friendly Chalets and Cabins  Dogs and Cats are welcome in select accommodation – excluding peak periods Dec/Jan Easter school holiday and some long weekends. Sanitising services are required for dog bookings, please call the office on 08 98481105 to discuss this additional charge ($80) and to verify our pet policy. All dog/pet bookings must be made prior to arrival. We allow your pet to go inside the accommodation, however they are not allowed on furniture or in the bedrooms. Pet Friendly Sites Pets are welcome on powered and unpowered sites at Big4 Ocean Beach Holiday Park except during Dec/Jan School Holidays and Easter. Guidelines In order to ensure the comfort, enjoyment and safety of all guests staying with us we have established a clear set of guidelines to ensure that all dog owners take responsibility in regards to the actions and behaviour of their dogs. Please be aware that if you fail to adhere to the below rules you will be asked to leave the park immediately without refund. Dogs/ Pets must be registered. Max of two dogs/Pets are allowed per site or Chalet/Cabin. The dog must be leashed at all times while not in your van, tent or chalet/cabin. All Pets must be supervised at all times and never left unattended including inside a tent, van or chalet/cabin. Pets are not allowed in any common areas of the park including camp kitchen and amenities blocks. Pets and any pet related accessories are not to be washed in the Park. Dogs can be exercised at our pet friendly beach 100m away.  Pet/ Dog owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their pet’s waste. Pet owners are personally responsible, and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions by or because of their dog/ Cat/ Pet. Pets are not to chase any form of wildlife. Pets (dog/cat) are accepted at managers discretion and some breeds may not be accepted.  Management reserves the right to evict any guests whose dog is deemed noisy, disruptive, aggressive or is the subject of complaints from other guests. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: Not be the person named on the booking request Not be the person named on the credit card or not authorised to use the card. Not be able to pay for any additional charges. May cause damage to the property of the park. May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour. Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal. We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused. BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
