Cancellations must be provided in writing and emailed to the specific park.

High & Peak Seasons: Free cancellation period up to 15 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the total booking tariff.

Low & Shoulder Seasons: Free cancellation period up to 6 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 5 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the total booking tariff.

Special Offers: All special offer rates are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations due to exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration.

PLEASE NOTE: Booking alterations include date changes, reduction in nights and reduction in guests. These fall under the same rule as a cancellation and must be amended prior to the free cancellation period.

High & Peak Seasons: A deposit of 25% of the total booking tariff is payable at time of booking to confirm the reservation. Final balance is payable 14 days, prior to the arrival date. Please note: All one-night bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
Low & Shoulder Seasons: A deposit equivalent to the first night’s booking tariff is payable at time of booking to confirm the reservation. Final balance is payable 5 days, prior to the arrival date. Please note: All one-night bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
Special Offers: A deposit of 100% of the total booking tariff is required to confirm the reservation.

For this park

Pets are welcome on tourist van sites and tent sites only subject to the conditions described below.

No pets of any kind are allowed in accommodation units unless you travel with a Guide Dog, Hearing Dog or Assistance Dog. Documentation is required. Companion dogs or pets are not permitted.

Dogs, excluding those over 1.2 m in height, are allowed into the park, provided they are not aggressive or bark repeatedly. Cats or birds are permitted provided they are kept inside a van or within an annex and secured at all times. Normally 1-2 pets are allowed per booking, however, in some circumstances we may allow 3 small pets.

Conditions of entry and stay:

1. Customers travelling with pets must inform the Park about details of their pet(s) at the time of booking. Please call 08 92743002 if you placed an online booking. The Manager/Reception Staff must inspect pets at arrival. Pets that are clearly docile both with the owner and strangers will be allowed into the Park. BIG4 Perth Midland Tourist Park reserves the right not to allow customers with pets that are aggressive or loud. If the pet is refused entry, a full refund will be provided.
2. Guests with pets creating a nuisance during their stay will have to leave the Park immediately; no refund will be provided for early departures.
3. A bond is not required. Guests are responsible for their pets during their stay at the Park. Dogs must be on leash all the time. Pets must be supervised at all times and never left unattended including inside a tent or van.
4. For health and safety reasons pets are not allowed in any common areas of the park including, pool areas, games/recreation room, camp kitchen, amenities, laundry, reception.
5. For health and safety reasons pets must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the park.
6. The open grassed area next to van sites 119-122 can be used for dog walking/training provided this does not disturb other guests.
7. Pet owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their dog’s or pet’s waste, in a sealed ‘doggy do’ plastic bag and disposed of in rubbish bins. Disposable bags are available from the Reception/Laundry.
8. Pet owners are personally responsible, and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions by or because of their pet.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the following Terms & Conditions and House Rules. On check-in, you may also be required to verify your identity with photographic identification.

1. Premises are let for short term/ holiday purposes only for the agreed period and at the agreed nightly or weekly rate subject to subsequent change as agreed by the parties.
2. The premises are available from 2.00pm and generally NOT BEFORE on the day of arrival and are to be vacated at 10.00am SHARP on the day of departure. The purpose of these strict times is to allow the necessary time to clean the premises. Please consider your fellow incoming/outgoing holiday occupants. We may consider requests for early arrival or late checkout if available. (ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES WILL VARY PER PROPERTY)
3. We’re happy to welcome pets at many of our parks, because we know they’re part of the family too. Some parks, sites and accommodation types are not pet-friendly, so please check with the park directly before booking to confirm their specific policy. 
4. All accommodation is smoke-free.
5. Additional costs will be applied to your account in the event of damage to the room or contents, evidence of smoking, pets being inside of non-pet friendly accommodation or excessively dirty room on departure. These costs may be charged to your credit card or payable in person at our discretion.
6. The maximum number of persons permitted to occupy the booked premises will form part of the booking contract and will be nominated when you make your booking. Persons found occupying the premises over and above the number on the booking may give rise to an additional fee or early termination for breach. 
7. All damage, breakages, or losses to the property and/or furniture/furnishings are to be reported to the reception and paid for immediately. All furnishings and equipment must be left in the premises as originally found. Damage not paid for will be charged to your card without notice.
8. Pre-Authorisation/Security Deposit (Bond) for accommodation: A valid Visa or MasterCard is required on check-in. A pre-authorised payment may be taken from your card and held as a security deposit for damages, excessive cleaning, or extra charges. The pre-authorisation/security bond varies depending on accommodation type booked. Bonds may apply on hired items. All security deposits will be refundable upon check-out after an inspection has been carried out, less any additional charges. Depending on your bank and processing times, it may take a few days for the security deposit to return to your card.
9. All accommodation is for short term tourist purposes, and by confirming this booking I/we acknowledge that we are not using it for residential purposes. 
10. Functions and parties on the premises are not permitted without prior approval from park management. We want every guest to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable stay, so we reserve the right to end your occupancy immediately if you cause damage, nuisance or disruption to other guests, neighbours or the park. 
11. Unless stated within the property description, all premises (other than camping and caravan sites) are self-contained and generally includes linen for the main bedroom, some accommodation options do not include linen. Additional linen is available for hire.
12. No responsibility is taken for guests' personal property left on the premises. A handling fee of $15.00 plus postage will be charged when guests request lost property to be returned by post.
13. With telephone or postal bookings, any printed, written, or verbal description of the premises by the agent or an employee is made in good faith. No responsibility for discrepancies will be accepted. Please choose your property carefully using the information provided on our comprehensive websites. There is no provision to change properties on your arrival if you are unhappy with your choice.
14. Guests are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of any accommodation keys. Guests requiring a key from the park manager after office hours will be charged a service fee of $55.00.
15. Parking is generally available for one vehicle only, unless prior arrangements have been made. Please park in your designated space. Extra vehicles, boats, trailers or similar items may be accommodated elsewhere in the park, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
16. Electric vehicles must only be charged from approved external power points. Charging from inside buildings is not permitted. All electric vehicles, including e-bikes and e-scooters, must follow the park’s traffic conditions and be used safely and responsibly at all times.
17. No refunds or credits for early departures.
18. Management wishes to warn guests and other persons who engage in recreational activity, with the holiday park, that the pursuit of such activities may result in harm or personal injury. All persons who engage in a recreational activity do so at their own risk.
19. Guests agree to abide by any House Rules posted in any cabin, camp kitchen or recreational area and must supervise and ensure their children comply with such rules.
20. Any payments made by card (in park) may be subject up to 1.5% credit card surcharge.
