Pets
Pet Approval Policy & Guest Agreement
To ensure the safety, comfort and well being of all our guests, the following Terms and Conditions must be agreed to and signed by all Pet Owner’s.
1. Acceptance of Pet: Upon arrival at the park, the Pet’s acceptance will be at the Park Manager’s Discretion & on Designated Sites Only.
2. Pet Security: Must be supervised at all times & not left unattended, including inside a tent, van or other accommodation.
3. Dogs must be on a leash at all times and Leashes to be less than two metres in length. Dog ‘runs’ Not Permitted
4. Health & Safety: Pets are not permitted in any common areas of the park, including the, Pool Area, Ablution Blocks, Camp Kitchen, Reception or other public areas.
5. Pets cannot be washed or cleaned anywhere within the park. Additionally, any pet-related accessories such as blankets cannot be washed or cleaned within the park.
6. Pet owners will be held personally responsible and accountable for any personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions caused by or because of their Pet.
7. Responsibility: Pet owners are 100% responsible for collection and disposal of waste in a sealed plastic bag and placed in green rubbish bins, which are located around Park.
8. Walking or exercising your Pet: There is a lovely Walk / Bike path along the Swan River, to the rear of our Caravan Park - Dogs still need to be on a leash
9. Eviction: Park Manager reserves the right to evict any guests whose Pet is deemed Noisy, Disruptive, Aggressive or the subject of complaint/s from other guests.

Disclaimer: It is the Pet Owner’s Sole Responsibility to control and manage their Pet/s. If, in the view of Park Management, this has not happened, to an acceptable level, the owner and the pet may face immediate eviction from the Park.

All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
