Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Deposit of one-night is required for security for all bookings. 
• Full payment of the remaining balance is payable on arrival.
• Hold deposit up to a year if decide to cancel and change dates.
• No Refunds

• Pets are welcome in the park but not in the Villas
• Pets must remain on a leash at all times within the park.
• Please do not leave pets unattended.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and disposing of waste appropriately.
• A maximum of two pets per site is permitted.
• Pets are not allowed in toilets, showers, laundry facilities, BBQ areas, or other communal spaces.
• Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave if a pet is noisy, disruptive, aggressive, or the subject of ongoing complaints from other guests.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park or park listed on BIG4.com.au. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
