There are two kayak moorings in Bundegi Sanctuary Zone that visitors can tie up to and snorkel Bundegi Reef. Bundegi Beach is within a Recreation Zone of Ningaloo Marine Park, and recreational fishing from the shore is permitted.

Bundegi also has a boat launching area for locals and visitors to access to Exmouth Gulf, Ningaloo Marine Park, Muiron Islands and Pilbara Inshore Islands.
