• Non Peak – Refunds may only be available for cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the booking arrival.
• Peak – Refunds will only be available for cancellations made 30 days in advance of the booking arrival. Including Christmas School Holidays, Australia Day, Labor Day Weekend, Kings Birthday Weekend, Easter Holidays, Grand Final Eve Public Holiday, Melbourne Cup Weekend and all School Term Holidays. This also includes any other dates that management at its discretion deems as “Peak.”
• A cancellation fee of $25.00 (AUD) will apply to all bookings.
• Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (inc GST) and maybe subject to change without notice at the discretion of management.

Important: All bookings have the above cancellation conditions. If you need to cancel your online reservation please contact the park.

• First night deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment of the booking is required at the time of booking if the arrival date is within 7 days.

Dogs are only permitted in Pet-Friendly Cabins and are allowed with own caravan, campervan or bus at the discretion of management. Management has the right to disapprove any pets at their discretion. Conditions apply.
